I love my tattooed eyeliner I got from Pam three years ago. I’ve never needed any touch up, the color has lasted and her consultation is thorough. She is worth every penny. Cosmetic tattooing is not the time to go cheap, people. Pam has over 20 years experience and I recommended her to all my clients that inquire about it.
One of my friends from my gym needed corrective tattooing for bad brows she got 10+ years ago: too small of a shape, the color faded to brown/​pink. It wasn’t flattering at all. Pam balanced the brow shape out and gave her a natural dark brown brow tattoo color. It masked the previous tattoo and looked 100% better!

I recently began filling in my brows, and everyday my teenage daughters or husband pointed out how uneven (and basically horrible) they looked (we encourage honesty in our home. Their opinions were solicited by me!).While I am usually an impulsive buyer, getting permanent make-​up on my eyebrows was something I was going to take my time with in researching. I went to Pam for a consult after reading all the reviews about her and looking at her webpage and portfolio. During my consult Pam answered every single question I had with professionalism, and gave me additional info that I hadn’t thought of to ask. I decided to go for it! Pam made me very comfortable, making sure I was sufficiently numbed before putting the needle to my face. Throughout the process she asked if I was ok, and when the numbing compound began to wear off she reapplied it. I had very little to no pain, and no tears were shed… until my two 20 year old daughters joined us. They bent down and looked and said…“They look amazing!”. I started bawling! As soon as a naturally beautiful early 20’s young woman gives her stamp of approval on anything cosmetic you know you’ve hit the jackpot. I woke up this morning and ran to the bathroom to make sure it wasn’t all a dream. Usually I have half a brow or just a bunch of brown smeared all over my forehead in the morning. But today all I saw was perfection! My husband told me how great they look! I cannot recommend Pam Neighbors highly enough… thank you, Pam!!! :)

Do your research… this is your faced after all… I chose Pam after quite a bit of research for two reasons… her portfolio and her years of experience. When I looked at other people’s work it looked like they gave every one a standard «stamp» of eyeliner and eyebrows… well not every ones face is the same. Pam’s portfolio showed a lot of diversity. meaning in this case that she worked with people’s bone structure and what looked good on them… that plus her years of experience and positive reviews is why I chose her with out having ever met her or being reccomended by any one. I am very pleased to say I made the right choice! Pam consulted with me and we came up with the right look for me. She worked with me and put me at ease. She involves you in every step of the process because after all it is your face. I can whole heartedly reccomend Pam to any one. I am so happy with my make up… my friend’s are envious, my Husband is pleased and I wake up every morning with perfect eyebrows and eyeliner!

Pam is a true artist. She does permanent make up tattoo and regular body tattoos. I have both by her and LOVE them.
