Ordered dinner from here and the food was good. Only problem was the veggies in my sweet n sour chicken were raw. I like my veggies cooked but it was still good. The orange chicken sauce is amazing. We didn’t have to wait long for delivery. The timing was good. Our driver was super friendly. He forgot our coke but it was free on Grubhub so it wasn’t a big deal but he felt really bad about it and he came back with a six pack of coke for us! It was really nice! I was craving Chinese food and I got my fix. The prices are nice too. You get a lot for your buck. Overall, I will order from here again. I was really pleased. Also on a side note, if you order the orange chicken or the sweet and sour chicken or the general’s, it does not come with rice. You have to order that separately.

No answer call from another # she answers. so sorry on the way. Still not here call again and she won’t answer the phone really? They call from another # picks up and says I’m harrassing her! Really! And She is going to call the cops on me for call about my food? She wouldn’t give me the name of a manager but I’ll get taht. I have ordered from them for years and WILL not ever again.

No way. I’ve been craving Chinese for awhile now and once the lady and I got home from our weekend trip, she suggested Jimmy Johns(which was in my head already) but I said let’s get Chinese. So I hop on Unilocal and from there found eat24hours. I decide to look up some delivery options and Jade Garden and Peking Duck are able to provide that. Before I rant, let me say that I did not order from Peking Duck but it’s more of a review based on my experience. I placed an order for Jade Garden and it said that it was going to take about 40 – 60 minutes, ok cool. So about 20 minutes rolls by(lady and I playing COD to kill time) and we hear a knock on the door and I’m like WTH! That was fast! Open it and there stands a lady and asks if I ordered Chinese(not saying where she was from and I could have probably died), I say why yes I did, and she handed me the receipt(which happened to be ordered online as well, what are the chances!) and without looking at the name but instead at the total(which matched what the total said online) I sign it and hand it back. Thank you! I bring it to the kitchen and let my girl know that food is here. We open the boxes and find out that none of them is what we ordered. Me being hungry at this point didn’t care and gave them the benefit of the doubt and said they probably grabbed the wrong order or mistaken it, who cares, lets eat. Girlfriend is next to me complaining about the whole ordeal. We eat a little bit and came to the conclusion that it wasn’t good. So we box it back up and go back to playing COD. Another 20 – 30 minutes roll by and we hear another knock on the door. I’m like wth?! I open it and there is a dude standing there with huge order of Chinese and he asks if I ordered Chinese, me being confused I said yeah… but the lady came and dropped it off already. He stands there confused as well and asks where from, I say Jade Garden, I think. He says no, I’m from Jade Garden. I’m like, you sure you ain’t trying to play me? He says no, the other one is the wrong restaurant. So i said hold on, let me check the receipt. I grab the receipt out of the garbage and notice it said Peking Duck, and at this point I’m like oh crap… i go to my girl and say we about to have lunch for days! SO, with the receipt in hand, I go back to the door and tell the dude, hey man, you’re the right guy, I ordered from you guys and I took somebody else’s food. We both laugh and I sign the CORRECT receipt and off he goes. The food I accidentally signed for was for a neighbor in my apartment complex somewhere. 40 minutes rolls by and I get another knock at the door, and at this point I’m tired of answering the damn door so I don’t get up. I hear another 2 knocks before I get up and finally open it. It’s the same lady that delivered from Peking Duck and says that I STOLEFOOD. I’m like you kidding me? I told her about the whole situation and that I still have her food if she wants it back. She didn’t believe me that I ordered from Jade Garden so I had to show her my extra food. She begins to mope and sulk for her mistake and I told her, «I understand you got confused and delivered to the wrong place, but you gotta understand that you never told me where you were from. Me being a customer, I assume people who deliver will get it to the correct place.» I felt a little bad because she said she didn’t make much but hey if everyone made a mistake and I had to pay for it, I’d be broke. I tried talking to her boss about the situation over the phone to see if he would let this one slide but he wasn’t having it. He was being kind of rude about it and I asked him not to yell at me and he apologized. He said«if she had just gone to the right place, this would have never happened. She made the mistake so she pays for the food. I had to cancel order for the other customer and now we lose money so she pays for it!» So I’m feeling a little bad and I ask for her number just in case and I can cover what I ate. She was chillin in my place by the kitchen for a good 15 minutes and I’m like you know, if I had some cash on me right now, I’d help you out but I don’t so all I can suggest is I can give you back the food and if you answer your phone later, I’ll cover what I ate. She eventually agreed before trying to guilt trip me(which I wasn’t having since technically it was her fault, but me being nice, I offered to help). So that’s that. A wild Sunday night Chinese dinner experience. I thought I was going to double up on some Chinese food but ended up giving it back. Did I handle this correctly? I thought so. But regardless, trying to blame the customer for the employee mistakes? Nah. Food wasn’t good anyway!!! You can have it back! Jade Garden was much much better looking and better tasting! So kudos to them for their fast and ACCURATE service. ;)

Well. I ordered to go for Orange Chicken, which was $ 9.15, but it came with wonton soup, and egg roll with bbq fried rice. Ok, I was not expecting all that, but the food was REALLYGOOD. I was born in Beijing, and it tasted like home. I’m sorry and surprised to read these negative comments that you guys have had bad experiences, but this time, first time I ever really love a Chinese restaurant’s dish other than my grandma’s. I shared that order with my bf, and we were both almost full, which was not bad for $ 9.15 dinner. Well, hope for the best, hope for next time I visit will be as good as this one. It was incredibly good.

We came home to a flyer on the door yesterday and since the power was out, thought we would give them a chance tonight. I called and confirmed they were open and delivering and they said they were. An hour later I called to check on the status of our order. We expected a delay given the weather and were told that they had gotten backed up but our order was in progress. At the two hour mark I called again and was told our order had not even been started. If the restaurant could not manage our order given the weather, they should have alerted us when the order was called in. Barring that, when I called after an hour, they should have said then. AND, barring that, called us. Not only did they charge my card for food they did not deliver, they charged me twice!

The prices of entrees and drinks are quite reasonable, and the amount of food is generous. Specifically, I was able to order Mongolian Beef with Hot and Sour Soup, Steamed Rice, an Egg Roll, and Tea for $ 8.15. My Martini was $ 4.75, which is about a dollar less than I have paid at other places. The quality of food is competent, though not the best. However, it is an excellent bargain.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this food. It was terrible. They said the food would arrive in 45 minutes, I called when an hour had passed and they said they would be here shortly. 25 more minutes passed and when the food finally arrived, me and my husband were starving and just ate away. We ordered the #1 dinner special which included sweet and sour chicken, chicken chow mein, pork rice, an egg roll and a wonton soup. The container was filled with the bland pork rice and some of the rice was hard. The chow mein tasted like armpit, the chicken was okay but I only got 3 pieces of chicken!!! What??! The egg roll was soft and there was only one wonton in my soup. The rest tasted like dirty water with some cabbage. Definitely did not taste fresh, I hope we don’t get sick. We ordered some pot stickers as well, they had no flavor and were also soft. Will NEVER order here again and suggest you don’t either.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. WORSTCHINESEEVER. Do not order from here because you will regret it. Me and my boyfriend ordered a thing of Mongolian beef and fried rice and a couple sodas. Costed a little over $ 20 and they came in little boxes so we thought maybe it was really good. WRONG. Worst food ever. Fried rice was so dry and tasted like it was left out for days and the Mongolian beef was so overcooked, the veggies were mushy and disgusting so we called and asked for our money back NICELY and the guy on the phone told us «if you don’t like food, your problem. I’m eating the food now and it tastes fine» what the hell kind of customer services is that? BS. Never had food so gross and never had someone so rude on the phone. DONOTORDERFROMTHISPLACE

Seriously Awful. Probably the worst chinese food experience ever. Firstly, I placed my order online which was nice and convienant because I am at work in the office. I only ordered from here because I was starving and my favorite place(Ming Dynasty) is not open until 1:30 on Saturday’s. Well, About 90 mins after ordering I decided to call and check on my order. No answer. Got a call back that it was just going out the door and they were«So Sorry». Half an hour after that it still hadn’t arrived so I called again. I’ve now waited 2 hours for my food. At this point I just want to open it up and dig in(and I’m cranky that I’ve already tipped in advance online). I bite into a «Crab Rangoon» It’s cold and literally hurts my mouth, it’s stale like it’s been microwaved and has hardly any filling to speak of. Okay next I go for my(complimentary) BBQ Fried Rice. Bland. Open up my honey walnut shrimp. Utter dissapointment. Not only is it a super small amount thrown over lettuce… They’re not even warm. The sauce is think and resembles mayonaise. and some glazed walnuts are carelessly thrown on top. The spicy mustard for my BBQ was barely existant. I hope that you see these reviews and save yourself from eating here. I wish I had. Total dissapointment. If you want good Chinese food go with Ming Dynasty.

Do not order from here. They told us our order would be delivered in 30 – 40 minutes. I had to call them an hour later to see where they were at. They played it off as if they were running late and promised me free eggrolls. Almost another hour later my fiancé and I tried calling them to cancel the order, but after 20 tries we gave up and left a note at the door as we walked out. They called back as soon as we left and said no one answered at our address when we had been standing by the door the entire time. They will lie to you over the phone. Don’t think about ordering here until you read all their terrible reviews.

Great food if you eat in the restaurant… my Fav in Everett so far… However, their delivery food is horrible! I tried ordering delivery several times wondering if it was a fluke. Nope. I refuse to order delivery. This is my go to joint for Chinese if I’m going to eat at the restaurant. I’d give more stars if the delivery wasn’t terrible. Too bad… they’ve got some really good food. Update: I no longer go to this restaurant. I took my left overs to work(soup) and scooped up a roach looking bug. That’s it for me, more Peking Duck. :(
