Almost every places I’ve been has better phở than this place. However, I love phở and the service was good so I couldn’t bear to give it a 1. The meat was tough and the coffee sucked. Try Asian Noodle instead.

I haven’t had Phở in a while so I was reluctant, but it seemed exactly what I needed after a hard workout. I wasn’t expecting much because it’s right next to a Bail Bonds store and this IS Everett, but I was pleasantly surprised! The owner had her son in law helping out and he had his kids running around and helping. It was pretty cute. Good little boys! The food came(Chicken and Rice) and the portion was large with an array of very crisp fresh lettuce, cucumbers and carrots on the side. They explained how to use the fish sauce and add spice as well as provided extra plum sauce. I had a nice talk with the owner’s son in law and played around with the kids. I will definitely be back.

I am a contractor working in Everett for PUD. I have been coming to Phở Bistro for the last six months and naturally not being a local person I decided to check Unilocal for other restaurants. I was shocked to see the review from Grant M and told the owner about the review. I found out that the owner recently bought over the business, I believe that explains it and decided to write this review. It’s my first so bear with me. Anyways to the good stuff. The Phở(noodle soup) is pretty good and flavorful. I tried the other restaurant on Broadway and this one beats it hands down. The rice dishes are excellent with choices of chicken, beef and pork. The business is family-run. During the day it is run by a lady and her daughters. Sometimes her granddaughter is there as well and it’s fun to see the patrons talking to the kids. Evenings it’s the lady and her husband. The only complaint I have is it only stays open only till 7 pm. I encourage the locals here to try it out and leave a review. Enjoy!

The sign outside says Phở Bistro but Google lists it as Phở Everett so I’ve put that in for the business name. There’s always a risk when you try a new business but some of the best places around I found by taking that risk. I didn’t fare as well today. My daughter and I were downtown Everett and decided to eat at Phở Bistro for lunch. The restaurant was so cold you couldn’t eat without your coat. They had several space heaters throughout the restaurant but they only provided heat for a couple of tables that they were pointed at. They showed sandwiches in the window but didn’t list them in the menu. I asked the our waiter how much they were and he said $ 2.98 so we ordered two sandwiches and an order of summer rolls. The summer rolls were your typical rolls with shrimp, vermicelli and lettuce wrapped in rice paper and tasted fine. The dip wasn’t quite a nice as at other places. The rolls got our hopes up that our sandwiches would be decent. When the sandwiches arrived we realized that we weren’t so lucky. Instead of the bread being nice crusty french rolls these were off the shelf grocery store variety long rolls. The pork had zero flavor and didn’t taste like it had been marinated at all. I have my favorite spots to pick up a Vietnamese sandwich(Yeh Yehs, Bamboo House, Phở Alderwood etc.) but it seems that even the good ones are only slightly better than the bad because the quality is pretty good just about anywhere. This place takes the cake as being the ONLY Vietnamese restaurant that I’ve been to where the sandwiches weren’t fit to eat. They were bland, the bread was boring and tough and the other ingredients in the sandwich had no flavor. This is the worst Vietnamese sandwiches we’ve had anywhere. To make matters worse when we went to pay the older lady came up and whispered into our waiters ear and he scribbled out the price and replaced it with $ 3.28. I asked him what the price was and he said it just changed today. Seems we go the«white people special.» This is the only Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever been to where I can honestly say I’ll not be back. Usually if I give a restaurant a bad review I have some suggestions of where you should go instead but this is so bad that you can go to ANY and have a much better meal. I like ribs at Phở Alderwood and Bamboo House and Sandwiches at Yeh Yehs and Bamboo House. Avoid the Phở Bistro AKA Phở Everett…
