I’m giving this a 3 star as the customer service was great! They really did a great job talking with my 5 year old as getting her ears pierced. They had a hard time getting the markings even before piercing. 2 ladies pierced my daughter’s ears which was great. However, the holes are extremely lopsided! Which is hard as this is permanent!
Update: I called and they will fix the unevenness at no charge!

Took my son and my daughter to get their ears pierced. Their customer service and tender loving care towards my adolescent kids were excellent! I also ended up buying another pair of earrings! Highly recommended!
