Horrible staff, that’s all I can say. We went inside, saw this beautiful necklace and earring set with a matching bracelet. We were told it was a certain price BUT there was going to be a discount. As we browsed the shop the employee stared at us from the counter with a disgusted look. When we were finally finished browsing, we went to the counter to pay for the set. My father was just about to hand over his credit card until he noticed the final price. It was much more than what was promised to us earlier, even with the discount. The employee made several attempts to snatch and swipe my dad’s card. When we asked about the price the employee began to argue with us and told us a price higher than the one she told us at the beginning. We got fed up and began to leave when the employee spoke out loud«rude». My dad walked back in and asked her what she said. She merely scoffed and walked off. The owner was ok, she offered an extra discount for her employee’s behaviour but we were so disgusted that we just left. Overall, the products and the manager is nice but on a scale of 1 to 10 on the employees I’d rate a –4

This place always comes and goes. They’ve just opened up again for the fourth time in the mall. The store is always the same and sells the same stuff each time. You have purses, wallets, jewelry and hair accessories. This store, it’s not for everyone. A lot of their items has a lot of fake bling on it, which is fine, some women like that, but they have some settle things for women that have simple taste. Their products are on the pricey side but for the most part, it’s good quality. My mom bought me a purse here and I loved it and to this day it’s still in great shape. My mom just bought a bag here that she fell in love with instantly and it’s a great bag. Their products aren’t the problem. You may be thinking, «what’s the problem?». It’s the customer service. Now, before I get started, let me tell you, the women that now own the store are VERY nice and knowledgeable. They know these products and can answer any questions you have. The problem? They’re the human version of a pop up ad. My mom and I came in here today to look around and the older owner would NOT leave us alone. Any time I was looking at something, she would come OUTOFNOWHERE and put in her two cents about the bag to try to talk me into buying the bag. I understand that they need to sell their products, I get it but holy shit let me look in the store without being stalked. It didn’t matter what I was looking at, as long as I was looking at something, the owner just pops out of the shadows to tell me the price and how great the product it. And it was every. single. thing. I was looking at. She also did the same to my mom and my mom looked at her and said, «we’re just looking ma’am» to hint to go away but that didn’t work. Nothing would get this owner away from us. And it’s not like it’s a big store, it’s a small circle. She could of easily seen us from the register and yell prices at us and that would of been fine. Just get out of my ass. This store is a very cute little store but the owners need to step down and stop being overly aggressive. It’s very overwhelming and for those that have major anxiety(me), it’s a huge trigger and it’s not a fun issue to deal with in the middle of the day. I have not felt so uncomfortable in a long time. It’s a huge turn off when shopping and that’s what’s gonna drive business away. It drove me away.

Bought a ring asked specifically if it would turn my skin green as some jewelry cheaply made can do that. She said no. Came back next day showed her my green finger and then she started arguing with me that it never does that and that I can’t exchange again almost making it my fault even though I should be the one upset seeing as how she lied about her product. Very disappointed in how she handled it my friends were with me and they will never shop there. We came in with a smile just sinply wanting to pick out something else and she was pissed off at us from the start… We are the customer … Bad choice lady

My daughter, Anna got a new purse from this company for her sister, Laura for Christmas. Very pretty blue one with rhinestones. Laura got her purse stolen so Anna gave Laura her Christmas present early. After opening her present up, Laura noticed a cut in the fabric inside the purse. Since it wasn’t very noticeable and Laura loved the purse, she decided to keep the purse. We headed over to the mall so Laura could replace her wallet and make up that she lost when her purse got stolen. As we entered the mall, the strap broke. We headed straight to Treasure Island to show the strap broke and showed the lady the slit too. Though the sales lady did tell my daughter she could pick out another purse she accused us of being responsible for the slit, she said she checks each purse before she puts it on the shelf. I told her she missed this one as the purse had only been in use for about 15 minutes and nothing in it. The lady responded it wasn’t that big of a deal and she’d just put it on the shelf and resale it. My daughter picked out another purse and less than a week later this $ 80 purse had a rhinestone fall off. The lady at Treasure Island said«All Sales Final”– we did see the original purse with the slit back on the shelf for sale again.

I have rarely been treated like a potential theif, but this place was an exception. The moment I was noticed by the sales staff they shut off the music and one of the sales girls rudely greeted me. She then stood at the counter and stared at me. Everytime I would move she would reposition. Very unfriendly. I know its the everett mall but maybe it would be better if you treated your customers like they want more than to steal your stuff. I DONOT recommend this place. Too bad because it has one of the better selections of things that glitter. Looks like I will be going downtown from now on.
