Pizza Hut

AWFUL. FUCKING. AW-​FUL. Avoid this hell hole at ALL COSTS.
Went in at 7pm on a Sunday night and ordered a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza and cheesy bread. Small order. Nothing fancy. Waited half an hour, and hurried home to eat. Found that there was not a single piece of pineapple on my pizza and the cheesy bread was burned to a crisp. Immediately called and asked to speak to a manager, but after sitting on hold for five minutes, hung up and threw the pizza in the car and took it back to request another.
Upon arrival, was told they «ran out of pineapple» and they basically just hoped I wouldn’t notice or care. Seriously. They straight up admitted they were too lazy to tell me they couldn’t make my order, and flat out didn’t care that I didn’t receive what I ordered. WTF. Then, they went on to say that my pizza was the least of their problems as they’d burned every order after mine and they were dealing with that backup.
Are. You. Fucking. Kidding. Me.
At this point I just want my money back, but they just offer me a «future credit» which they KNOW I won’t ever use. So get this: they tell me they’ll give me a fresh pizza, so they RE-​MAKE the same shitty pineapple-​less pizza I tried to bring back. WHAT. WHAT. And of course I had to wait 20 minutes for that pizza, too. All said and done: I spent over an hour waiting for the same fucked up pizza I didn’t order in the first place with zero apologies or attempts to make things right.
I honestly don’t know how this place is even in business. TERRIBLE management, zero customer service, and the saddest excuse for pizza I’ve ever seen or tasted. Just look at the reviews for this dump. I’d rather eat a frozen Totino’s pizza than anything else from here.
It’s pizza. Not rocket science. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.

They are constantly getting my orders wrong, but they try to run off before I can ever look at my food so that I’m stuck with it unless I want to call the office. Last THREE times they’ve forgotten one or several things, or were out and didn’t call to tell me first. Ridiculous, considering how much they charge for lazily prepared food. Not ordering here ever again.

Ordered a pizza, brownie and 2 liter yesterday for delivery (I live about 5 minutes from the location) took 45 minutes for delivery, pizza came and was uncut and not hot! Brownie was cut but super unevenly cut, pay attention guys!!! Will order again of course but a little irritated by the flaws of this order though everything tasted good!

I’ve been to this Pizza Hut a couple of times but after tonight no longer. We went to dine in and saw that there was a party but there were five empty tables. We asked if we needed to seat ourselves and they pointed to the other people and said there wasn’t room. I asked about the other tables and she glared at me and said we should just order carry out quite rudely. I said no thank you and left. After I left I called to get the store number and when I asked they hung up on me.

Absolutely the worst. I ordered a dinner box online from this location and recieved a confirmation email. The estimated time was 7:44 however I waited until 2 hours had past since I ordered it to call. When I called I was put on with a woman who said she called when she had trouble processing my payment (which shouldn’t have been an issue). I checked my call logs and did not see a call. I’m very Un impressed because I wanted pizza and now I’m calling Jimmy Johns because I want fast reliable service.

This past Sunday was the last straw with this very unprofessional store. Our order was placed at 1:45pm and by 4:30 we canceled our order. In the past we had long waits for delivery, But this one was just over the top unacceptable.
There is plenty of other pizza options in our area for when we have that desire for pizza.
They really need to look at the management and make some adjustments

I mean what do you expect from a chain pizza place? If you want something good, go to Acropolis or Good Guys.

I have always loved Pizza Hut, and dropped many of my hard-​earned dollars there over the years, ordering 1 – 2 times a week. Unfortunately I moved, and this location is the one that delivers to my new address. And my boyfriend’s address. And even my church, when I order for the Sunday school pizza parties. And even more unfortunately; the location has many, many problems that leave me disappointed in my experience more often than not.
The service here is unpleasant. Delivery is usually late — once being two hours late. The food is often cold and the order is only correct about %40 of the time. The wing sauce is wrong, items are left off entirely, jalapeño poppers are sent instead of waffle fries, no sauces are included with bread sticks — the list of issues goes on and on.
A month ago, my order was so badly messed up, I was offered a $ 20 credit by the manager when I called. The next week, I called to use said credit and was told that I could not use it «today», though no reason was given. I said I would pay cash and use the credit next time. My order was TWO HOURS late. There was a nasty storm that night, so I was pretty forgiving… until I checked the order and found one of the bread sticks was missing and there was no sauce/​marinara included. The driver promised to return ASAP with the missing items, but never came back or even called.
A week later, I called again to use the credit and mentioned the bread sticks missing. They promised to include a replacement bread stick, but they forgot it. Again. And they sent the wrong wings. At this point, I stopped bothering to call about the errors, as well as stopped ordering from them with any frequency.
I will occasionally call in a small order for pick-​up (because I can check it while still there), but they have lost most of my business. Two days ago, when I called in a small order, they were 10 minutes late with part of it. But the other part had been done on time… as that stuff was cold by the time the rest of the order was finally ready.
I’m done.

yesterday being saturday we asked the kids if they wanted to go out for pizza… they did. so we headed to pizza hut here on 128^th. as we entered there were employees standing around doing nothing but informing there guests that they were not welcome to dine there because they have too many online orders. what has this world come to… you can’t evan eat pizza at this diner because of online orders… all the kids were dissapointed… i’ve never heard of anything like this. im so dissapointed in the way this 128^th pizzahut is so unprofessional. this was there last straw with me. people who load up there cars and try to enter a pizza place rejected over online orders. unbelieveable

This is a nice location near my job. I call in and they accommodate my halal diet. I get extra sauce (free) so the pizza is not dry, and pretzel crust (free). The managers are nice people. I imagine it being a very hectic place to work, especially during a rush, so the accommodations are much appreciated.

Great online deals, given you know the coupon code, I usually use the 6 dollars for 3 topping med pizza for most of purchases here.
I usually order to take out but a few months ago while I was there I had locked myself out of the car! As I was waiting for a ride, one of the female employees there had given me a plate napkins and ice waters to eat my wings that I had ordered as I waited. I just wanted to point this because I really appreciated this gesture. I’ve been meaning to do a review after that happened. Finally did. Thank you to that employee!

By the time we got our pizza it was cold and 25 minted late. I ordered it online 4 hours ahead!!!

We came due to having a credit from previous messed up order. We were told to use up the entire credit on one order, so we did. The lady at the front counter was very helpful and nice, but asked for help twice and no one came from the back to help her. To make a long story short we waited about 55 minutes to carry out our order. During that time we saw several people cancel their orders due to wait times. When ours was ready, it was not correct again. We would have had the pizza remade but didn’t have another 55 minutes to wait. We received credit for the messed up pizza for next time, but are debating on weather or not the time is worth it. Good pizza, horrible scheduling.

Tonight I was going to order Papa Johns but they only had deals «online». We ordered from Pizza Hut. It was very good. Hot & Fresh, timely & good. It was just to expensive. 2 large, wings & bread. $ 60. That seems like a lot of $

I’ve always had a great experience here the customer service is great and they are quick! I’ve always been pleased with the service received here and the food is super yummy! :)

Ordering online is nice and simple, But to doesn’t matter if you ask for extra cheese or not cause they never give you enough period! Pizza is super greasy! and the toppings are always all over the place! I keep ordering from them hoping it will get better cause they are the only ones who will deliver to my apartment!

Schmeckt einfach alles hervorragend nach meinem Geschmack Crispy schmeckt am besten.
Die Lage vom Restaurant ist gut. Was Sauberkeit angeht gibt es Nachholbedarf darum ein Stern Abzug.

I decided to give this place another try because I wanted stuffed crust pizza. This time it was much much better. I ordered the veggie and pepperoni. They weren’t greasy at all! It was nice. The driver was nice. I ordered online and I would recommend to order that way so you can customize your food and to make sure your order is correct. I would not call the store because there’s always a mistake. Ordering online made it all an easier process.

I placed my order online. Was shocked to see they were out of stock of pineapple. I ordered a half and half pizza because my husband and I can never agree on toppings. I also ordered the cookie pizza dessert.
The pizza arrived within 30 minutes. The delivery guy was quiet and barely spoke. Seemed standoff-​ish. My guess is he hates his job.
The pizza was ultra thin, like paper. The toppings were all over the place. Whoever cut it obviously didn’t notice it was supposed to be half and half. The pizza you could tell was half-​hazard thrown together. The cookie pizza was over cooked and tasted burned.
All around was very disappointed with my experience with this Pizza Hut. I guess I’ll stick with Good Guys Pizza instead. They actually give a cr*p and it shows.

DO NOT CALL AN ORDER IN! GO IN PERSON! This has happened 3 times. Someone is scamming people. We called in a pizza and some guy answered and sounded really high, so I told my fiancé not to give the card number and say when they delivered the pizza that we would be paying cash. They said it would take an hour even though we’re right down the road. So we drove down to the Pizza Hut to see if they had our order and they did not. Good thing we didn’t give our number. We always have issues here. Disappointing.

What happened to Pizza Hut??? It completely lost its charm. I used to eat it so much, especially ordering it home. I had two horrible experiences already! The recent experience was when I ordered 2 large pizzas, one with cheese and olives and the other with cheese and spinach. It not only arrived in 1 hour 5 min, it was the worst dinner I had. I was regretting tipping the delivery boy $ 10. The pizzas crusts were burnt. The cheese was dried up and was too chewy. It was no longer warm Either. The olives were dried but hold on– the spinach leaves were just tossed on top of the pizza as if they last minute threw them on top. Spinach leaves were cold and not baked with pizza. Too obvious! Effortless service.
