WORST WORST WORST fast food experience of my life.
3 customers in restaurant and there was 10 employees working. Zero management, no professionalism from employees.– and the so– called Food–
I witnessed employees wearing gloves but so much cross contamination. One employee who was preparing food with gloves on; was preparing an order,. And then a new employee came into work and she hugged employee tightly and was touching the other employees hair and face– then went back to preparing food order without changing gloves. Huge health hazard.
The worst and lightest burrito I have ever had. The rest of my order was a joke.
I will NEVER return to Taco Bell at 128th street in Everett.
I hope district and regional managers for Taco Bell read social media. It would be great to understand how in the 21st century and how competitive the food service industry is; that this horribly managed franchise be allowed to remain open and so poorly.
I really want to contact Snohomish County health department.

Home of instant regret and delayed regret, taco bell fills the void when you need sixty trillion grams of salt and can’t-legally-call-it-beef, but with such good Mexican places nearby it just felt like cheating to stop in there for a midnight bite.
That’s the only reason you should go here, the late night and everything else is closed menu.

The employees are thoughtless and rude. Came here to grab a quick lunch and ordered an iced coffee. The lady gave me an iced tea. When I told her I said coffee she said «oh no you said tea. No coffee. Omg you want coffee? What kind?» And acted like it was all my fault and I was the burden. So you fuck up my simple drink order and then blame it on me? Go screw yourself.

I was extremely impressed with this taco bell. It was the night of the 29th and power was out in several areas. It was a crazy night for any fast food places because there were lines wrapping around the buildings and coming out the doors most places! We stopped in to this restaurant because the line was reasonable and I found out that was because the crew working here really rocked it! This was some of the most prompt service we’ve ever experienced, the food was hot and freshly made, AND they were perfectly accurate! 5 stars, 2 big high fives, and a sunshine sticker for the impressive crew working that crazy night!

Dear Taco Bell — When constructing a 7-​layer burrito, the ingredients are to be layered length wise along the full run of the burrito, not stacked in order from front to back. No one wants to eat a mouth full of sour cream, then cheese, then lettuce, etc. Also, it’s your job to get these ingredients to mix up nicely inside the burrito, not require your customers to open it up, stir everything around, and close it back up again, which is a necessity but very difficult to do while in the car. You’ve been making this burrito like this for years and I can’t for the life of me figure out why after all this time this item continues to be prepared this way.
Also, the «salad» line that celebrity chef what’s-her-name supposedly designed for you were salty and tasteless. I was suckered back in to Taco Bell (which I had sworn off previously) at the promise of healthy and tasty salad bowls, only to find the one I ordered also inedible.

My love for Taco Bell is endless. I am a foody who will spend an entire Sunday cooking one meal. I will spend 2 hours laboring over a smoked gouda cauliflower mash. I will also eat literally anything on the Taco Bell menu. Taco Bell is the only fast food joint that I absolutely crave. Maybe it’s the 36% beef. Maybe it’s the cheesy potatoe grillers. I don’t know and I don’t care.
Taco Bell is love. Taco Bell is life.

This Taco Bell is located across the street from the Albertson’s plaza and McDonald’s. Right next door to Pizza Hut. The outside is kept generally clean, especially for this area. 128th, isn’t exactly uptown nice-​ville.
I’ve only ever done the drive-​thru and the driveway is always clean and the menu board well lit and you can hear the person on the order speaker.
The staff is usually friendly and speaks clearly so it’s easy to order. I have always received my order correctly from this TB. So I appreciate that.
The only downside is by the time I make it home, less than 4 minutes away, my food is always cold. Kinda sucks, but tacos are delicious.
In all, this is a decent fast food chain. Decent staff and consistent food.

I went their to get the breakfast they gave us the wrong meat in the breakfast crunch wrap and then when I got my waffle thing it was completely cold even the bacon was cold. I told him it was cold and he said that’s how it’s suppose to be! He warmed it up and re made the right crunch wrap and they were disgusting! Won’t ever go back for breakfast! I do like there tacos tho!

Just paid $ 8 for a steak grilled stuffed burrito combo got home opened the bag and I have a crunchy taco and soft taco… Well worth 8 bucks… BS! guess it’s my fault for not making sure they did their job correctly. Will not go back to this Taco Bell again. (The receipt shows exactly what I ordered and they still messed it up)
