I can’t even begin to describe how absolutely furious I am at this Taco Time. This place is the definition of corporate greed. Taco Time NW treats their workers like slave laborers. Also, I saw a blonde witch lady screaming at the employees. The employees are sweaty and gross, especially the tall white male. They all vape out the back door, especially this tall, sweaty, white male. How can they be trusted to not vape on the food? If you eat in the dining area, you will see and hear horrifying things. It smells awful and DON’T LOOKUNDERTHETABLES. This place needs some SERIOUSWORK!!! Someone came in with a seeing eye dog and one of the employees almost kicked the dog while taking out the garbages in the middle of the work day while it was lunch time!!! There is a strange ethnic lady manager who refuses to hand out salsa after you buy it and will fight you on whether you purchased it. And they don’t give you receipts, so it’s impossible to prove you brought the salsa. AWFUL!!! There is a clearly homeless woman with a giant suitcase that hangs out in the corner of the front entrance next to the bathroom who monopolizes the bathroom. If you take more than a handful of minutes in the bathroom, she will start beating the door down and screaming and threatening to call the cops. She makes such a ruckus, and she usually comes in at night until the lobby closes. The hot sauce is never full, there is always ketchup everywhere, and there are never any napkins. The food tastes like stale, moldy bread. All the workers have really bad B.O. There are always crows just hanging around the restaurant, some of them are inside sometimes. I’m positive it’s because the back door is always open and the employees feed the crows and are always smoking ganja in the back. They don’t even use gloves or wash their hands to make food. How is that not illegal??? This is a public outrage!!! This store should be closed. If something doesn’t get done soon, I’m suing.

From the drive thru you can see pre made food just sitting on the counter stacked up… not even on a warmer. So don’t expect clean or fresh. The service is consistently slow. And the employees obviously hate their jobs and you for making them work. The chicken is gross. All gristle and tasteless. The ground beef is alright. And the tomatoes are always green, mushy and gross. Food seems to be lower quality in the Everett area compared to the same chain food restaurants South of Seattle. I dunno if it’s the water up here or what the deal is. But every thing is just gross.

People want $ 15/hr and yet two employees can’t even show up to work on time and the other lady inside didn’t even know we were at the drive thru waiting 5 minutes. It’s 10:15 yet you guys should be open and ready 15 minutes ago. Really I should have left because why would I want my food made by an employee who ran in late, they probably forgot to wash their hands.

I went to the drive thru just a short time ago and there was a young man assisting with the preparation of the food. As he walked up in view of the window it was obvious that his pants were down between butt and knees. After a few minutes, and still in direct view of the drive up window he pulled up his pants and adjusted his underwear. He then returned to work. I can only hope that he washed his hands but highly doubt it.

Myself and 2 others stopped in here. They messed up all 3 of our orders(one of them they messed up twice– first time made chicken instead of beef and second time forgot«no ranch») left the guacamole off my sisters burrito after she asked for it specifically, then tried to charge her for an «extra» side of guac. Bathrooms gross and out of TP and food mediocre at best. Meh.

Fish tacos fell apart, I saw the woman who took my order grab my tacos from a top shelf that other random food was sitting for longer than a few minutes, definitely not fresh food. The woman who took my order quadruple checked my order and couldn’t figure out what I wanted. The water was the best part of the meal. Very disappointed.

Taco Time is always my favorite. The number 3 beef is really great! I haven’t tried anything else beyond that. Tried the tostada salad! Wow!

Went through the drive thru this time and got two fish tacos. The food was better this time. I really enjoyed their fish tacos.

Taco Time Everett, high fives! I stayed at work pretty late and wanted to have dinner. I had some halal accommodations and Jennifer was super helpful. She didn’t make me feel like I was asking too much. She was more than happy to help and had a great attitude. The food was really tasty. I believe Baja Fish or something like that with a sour corn tortilla plus hot churros. Pretty nums. Anyways, thanks Jennifer and all the other staff there. The restaurant was clean(besides paper towels on the bathroom floor). I had to make a U-turn to get in, but that’s not their fault. High fives.

I’d like to start this review off by saying that I truly love Taco Time. It’s my go-to place when I’m really hungry because I feel like I get the most for my money and it’s not that unhealthy for you. This location in particular is probably the worst Taco Time I’ve ever been to. I hate going to this one but some times I just can’t wait to eat any longer. My main complaint is the fact that the kitchen is wide open for the public to see. As much as I’d like to watch someone make my food, I’d just rather not. I think the store is just poorly build and Taco Time is definitely not at fault for that. The employees who work at this location seem to be on some kind of work release program from Snohomish County jail. They all have tattoos on their hands and necks and I think I may have recognized one tattoo on one guy as MS13(a known violent gang in America). I’ve also watched employees(in the open kitchen) throw food at each other, talk crap about customers, complain about their work schedule and bad mouth their supervisors. I understand that maybe Taco Time wants to give opportunities to people who have made bad choices in their lives and maybe they are trying to right some wrongs, but maybe Taco Time could put a supervisor in this store to monitor these employees. Or maybe have an Everett police officer stand in the kitchen for a few hours a day. Anyway, the food is always good at Taco Time. I’ve never had a bad meal there.

We know this is fast food and we dont expect it to be authentic but OMG they could at least do a decent job heating it up, everything is already cooked for these half wits working there all they have to do is put it in some sort of cooker and press a button. My husband had the Crispy beef tacos and the shells were tough and tasted days old, the employee making the mexi fries(tater tots) dumped a bunch of them on the floor and just let them sit there he did not clean them up for the entire 20 minutes that my husband was inside waiting for our order, i got the enchilada plate and the sauce was so hot I was not able to eat it. Let me reiterate I KNOWTHISISNOTAUTHENTICMEXICANFOOD! but for what we paid for it we were hoping to at least be able to eat it, also let me slip this in before i forget, i had a couple of bites of a taco and the meat was so dry and it tasted just this side of rancid. I think from now on I will just spend the extra couple of bucks and go over to LaHacienda on Everett Mall Way, Marco and the gang over there know how to make you feel at home and how to make the food taste fresh. We got home and unloaded the bags all ready to have a decent meal because we love taco time normally and the mexi fries were half cooked at that, and the soft beef burrito was tough and mealy, the meat was so dry like it had been sitting around for days and it had no flavor at all

I know it isn’t real Mexican food, but I love Taco Time and this location is a good one. The employees are friendly, the orders come out quick, and the food is tasty. The entrance is a little weird and hard to find, and you have to drive through a couple of parking lots to get to the store itself. So keep that in mind when you are headed there.

I absolutely love Taco Time, but this location needs to fix one thing. The thing that drives me insane is when and how they chose to sweep the restaurant. One of the workers will always sweep when it is packed. I find it gross they sweep when people are eating because it is easy to get dirt thrown up in the air. This is a health hazard. It would be fine if they didn’t sweep where people are eating, but it’s always on top of people. This may seem like silly and minor complaint but it drives me insane.

OK, I grew up in the PNW and fell in love with Taco Time… specifically their Crispy Meat Burritos. All my family lives in the Seattle-Tacoma area and they all know that one of the first things I do when I’m in town is to hit up the closest Taco Time for a Crispy Meat Burrito. Let me tell you, I was SEVERELY disappointed this time around. The burrito was mushy and had the consistency of dog food, the Mexi-Fries were overly greasy, my wife’s taco salad was a joke. To top it all off, they have raised their prices quite a bit in the past few years. Burrito, Mexi-Fries, Drink, Taco Salad and a couple tacos was well over $ 20! The only reason I didn’t complain was because we were in a hurry and didn’t have the time. Thanks Taco Time, you really ruined what used to be a great fast food restaurant! Never again.

I love the crisp beef burrito and also the soft taco. Ever since I was a kid I can remember my mom taking my siblinds and I to Taco Time. Ahhhh, the crustos are delish. I don’t care if Taco Time is an Americanized, Bastardized, Mexican food as D.J.Y says LOL. This food is very good.

Yes, yes, it’s a freaking«Americanized» «Bastardized» «Mexican» food, give me a freaking break, I luv this stuff! A true PNW standard and an original! This once was a BK, if memory serves, I’m glad the King packed up his bags and moved on. This location is a bit weird to get to, pass the KFC/A&W and come around back, it’s all good. Staff was friendly, food came out fast and I didn’t get sick, like I did in Mexico, that is all…
