KD Nails

Do not waste your time or money here.
I went in today with a design in mind and to get a full set. It was a simple pink with gold sparkles plus an all gold party nail. No artistry skill needed.
The nails took about 45 minutes to do. When she painted them she kept adding nail thinner to the pink polish and the gold sparkles. I was told to wait 15 minutes to let my nails dry under a fan. After 15 minutes had passed I realized they we’re still wet. Not tacky, but wet. After 25 minutes how much longer it would take to dry. She said to be careful and I would be fine. I get in my car and drove away after 10 minutes, I look down and my nails were ruined. So I called and start d driving back.
The nail lady blamed me for the nails and kept telling me I wanted too many coats. She was rude and yelling as she removed my polish. I told her I would take one coat of shellac and be done. I had no more time to waste. She wanted me to pay more and after refusing I walked out. I wasted $ 35 and have no nail polish on 8 of my nails.

nice people. horrible services. didnt do anything i asked for or wanted even after telling them multiple times. pedicure was the shortest one ive ever had like they were packed and busy. didnt put time in it pedicure was literally about 12 minutes long. will never be coming back again. dont even getting started on my full set.

I came in here after my regular nail place didn’t have time or space for me. I live a three minute walk from this place, and I am so glad I stopped in!
The gal that helped me was funny and sweet, and she did such a good job on my toes. My feet were aching and tired, and I just wanted to soak them. This place was really busy too, but I picked out my color and while I soaked my feet the nail lady had her dinner, I didn’t mind one bit. I got involved in my book and relaxed.
She really listened to what I wanted for my design and was careful of my still healing ankle.
My feet still ache, but a whole lot less than when I walked in. ^.^

They are my favorite nail place that I have gone to, since moving to Washington from California. It’s been really hard finding a good enough nail salon. My nails are always done so beautifully and carefully. Jenny takes really good care of me! Out of the last year that I’ve been going to them, I really have only had a nail break 5 times. Each time that I’ve gone back Jenny has always fixed it free of charge. I used to live in Everett 2 lights away and this place is amazing and so convenient for my busy life. I now live in Redmond 4 miles away from work and I drive to Everett bi weekly to get my nails done by Jenny. She never disappoints me :)

First class service, reasonable pricing, and they genuinely invest the time it takes to listen to their clients and make sure they are getting the best service and experience as possible.
