Pop-A-Lock of Snohomish County

Being in Property Management we have need of a locksmith almost every day. We work with Wayne from Pop-​a-​Lock and we genuinely just love him! First of all, he is really, really good at his job. His keys always work perfectly. He is prompt. He is available when we have emergencies. I highly recommend Pop-​a-​Lock and Wayne!

I called around to a few places to get quotes and decided after talking to Amy that I felt comfortable with them and their prices. I called back to schedule an appointment and had the unfortunate experience of talking to someone in their outside dispatch… let’s just say the lady I spoke with was a bad representation for the company. Anyway, I got a call back from the technician Pete who was going to come out to change my locks and expressed my dislike of dispatch. After setting the appointment with him I received a call back from Amy who is truly AMAZING! She explained if she’s busy on the phone the call gets redirected to an outside dispatch. She took the time by pulling my previous call with the lady from dispatch and apologized for my experience. She reconfirmed my quote from that morning and assured me Pete was on his way. She turned was could have been a sour experience into a really great one. Our Locksmith Pete was very helpful and professional and did a great job. I would recommend and use this company again!

Wayne and Amy was very helpful in getting my lock cylinder replace and they did it at a fraction of the cost of what others were charing for the job. I was able to get my truck started. He show up before the appointment. Was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend pop a lock.

Don’t even bother looking up other locksmiths in the area. Got taken for a ride by some other locksmith company and these guys were here to save the day. Just wish I had found them earlier. Honest prices and honest work.

I have saved them in my phone for all future lock issues. I was worried about calling smiths in the area due to a previous experience with another company. I called three places that didn’t pick up until I called Pop-​A-​Lock. A very nice lady set-​up the appointment and told me a smith would contact me to confirm the details.
Shortly after the manager called me to let me know a smith would not be able to get to met until 9 (I called at 730). She wanted to ensure I wasn’t sitting outside in the cold and needed to send someone quicker. I was at my work so I was fine until a smith could show up.
Wayne arrived precisely on time, got me into my car within 2 mins. He was professional and down-​to-​earth. Since my keys were lost into a void of no return he was happy to program a new key. He told me it would take a little bit to get the code for the key and get it programmed. I appreciated him giving me a heads up on timing, so I went back to work and waited for him to complete the key.
When he was done he gave me a spare key and programmed key, he also gave me the code to the programmed key to help with future lock outs.
Pricing was ridiculously fair. They charged me for the key +tax. (Previous lock outs had cost me between $ 300 – 375 from another company, I paid under $ 200 including tip and tax.) He also recommended I take my car for a checkup because a noise in the engine when he started it.
Like I said I have saved their number in my phone, and I’ll save it in the phone of my family as well (we get locked-out…a lot.)

They are amazing! I had accidentally locked myself out of my SUV, while it was running, and my 2 month old son was still inside! I was in FULL panic mode. But Adam showed up and saved the day. I was in tears when he arrived, but by the time he opened my door he had me smiling again! And he didn’t even charge me. I can’t say enough how awesome this company is, I will be using them for all my future locksmith needs.
