We suffered a flood in November 2015. Dominick Palmieri of PuroClean came out the very day we called for help and assessed the situation. He was completely professional and transparent with the entire process, including the costs. He and his crew worked very hard over two weeks to remove all of the damaged materials, packed up all of our household items with care, and never broke a single thing. They were so careful with everything, and they cleaned up after themselves each day. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we got from PuroClean and Dominick. Dominick communicated with us each day to give us a progress update. The price for their services was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend PuroClean and Dominick to anyone in Snohomish County who needs damage restoration services. These guys are the best!
