Quicklight Laptop and Computer Repair

I should of gone to Unilocal first to check reviews. Had my laptop for ten days, no call. Left message twice no call back. Went in to see what was going on. He told me laptop was fine nothing corrupted, only problem was fan which I already new. Never called asking if I wanted to replace. he went to start, did not start. Tried for ten min. Left it with him for two more days no call again. I had enough went in he said he needed more time. I said I will just take it off your hands, it seems like you don’t have time. now I will take it to a professional tech. Seemed like a nice guy, but really unprofessional.

AWFUL!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! If I could give a lower star rating I would! I call to get my plastic around my screen replaced and my keyboard. They first quote me 50 – 60 $ then they quote me 70 – 80 $. By the time he calls me back 3 days later its 90 $ I agree on that. He said the parts will come in in a day or 2 a week later he calls me and says that he got them in. I bring my laptop in as soon as they open the next day. He tells me it will be done by then end of the day. I call they dont have it ready. I call the next day they dont have it ready. By the third day I call again and its ready. I go to pick it up and they are trying to charge me 120 $. I ask why for the 30 $ more charge and he cant give me an answer so I tell him heres 90 $ like we agreed upon and grabbed my computer and left. The guy yelled at me and asked if thats what I wanted to pay him and I told him thats what you said it would cost when I brought it in. The absolute worst place I’ve ever been to I do not recommend to anyone. ASSHOLES!!!
