Richman Poorman Computers

This place deserves NO STARS but Unilocal insists on rating it with at least 1 star! This used to be Everett’s best go to computer shop but has gone down the sh! tter with no customer service and nothing but lame excuses. We were told it would take 4 business days yet it took them 2 weeks, we had to call them repeatedly and even had to call to find out it was ready. I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy, BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

This used to be my go to computer place to get things fixed. No more. I took my computer in to get some horrible malwear off it. I go to pick it up, they lost the cord and claimed I never brought in in. They eventually replaced it with a substandard cord. I get the computer home, the malwear is still there. I figured since I already brought it home and didn’t check it when I picked it up that was on me so I didn’t say anything. So I used another computer I had. Eventually I decide to try to get the other computer fixed again, I call them up and they tell me that the computer is not fixable so I just abandoned it. Like seven months later I get a call asking if I’m ever going to pick up my computer? I explain that I was told it couldn’t be fixed, but they said no it was fixed and ready to be picked up. I say ok yeah I want it. It took me 2 – 3 weeks to get the 175.00 To pay them but I go in and they tell me they didn’t think I was coming in so they threw my computer out. They said it was on me for leaving the computer there for 7 months. When I tried to explain that I was originally told it couldn’t be fixed they had no explanation for it and just kind of shrugged their shoulders. The only thing I think I could have done differently is call them to let them know I was trying to get the money together but they never mentioned that they would be pitching my computer if I didn’t come in. They are nice enough but Take your computer somewhere else.
