Quiznos

Awesome experience. I over payed the delivery driver and he brought back my change honest guy. Plus he congratulated me on my new born son. My wife gave birth at the Everett womens delivery center. I accidentally gave the wrong address to and he still found me. Impeccable service!!!

Ordered the other night. They were 30 mins late. 1.5 hours to deliver a sandwich. Decided, hey I will give them another chance and try again. Ordered last night. The delivery guy showed up at the end of the hour estimate, then never came to the door. I called, was told he forgot my soda and was going to get some for me… okay. At 1.5 hours he shows up, wrong soda and since my warm sandwich is 30 mins late, it’s soggy. The manager refused to refund some money, even for the wrong soda and soda I never got because I refused them. He then proceeded to blame my soggy food on getting extra sauce, not on the fact that they were hot sandwiches that were late. Apparently he was annoyed with me… really?! I mean, I love quiznos but never blame a Customer for something that is clearly your error. I gave you two chances, don’t blame me for your bad service. Won’t be ordering again which I am sure will make them happy since I am to blame for this according to them.

Excellent customer service, very fresh produce only the best seasonings and ingredients. I highly recommend this Quiznos sub their restaurant is kept immaculate very clean.

I need to give HUGE props to Nipun and his team!!! I received a call this morning at 8:30 from my boss… We were asked late last night to provide lunch for an event of about 130 – 140 people. The catch? Gotta have it to the location by 11:30am. With a hope and a prayer, I called the store phone number at about 8:45am (they open at 10am). The phone rings and rings… and then… IT’S ANSWERED! Nipun is on his way to the store, but takes my order while he is on the road. Eleven sandwich platters, 100+ bags of chips, condiments, plates and napkins… the works. All done by 11:00am!!! We load it in to my car, and I’m on the road and at the location with time to spare. This gentleman knows what customer service looks like, what it acts like, and how it is rewarded. I will always call Nipun first (and hopefully with a lot more notice) for my casual catering needs. He and his staff are simply INCREDIBLE!
Oh, and the quality of the food??? Excellent! Every last morsel was devoured. There was plenty for everyone to have their fill, but there wasn’t even a pickle slice left over to take home.
Thank you, Nipun and team! You guys truly saved the day! Your commitment to jump in and get us taken care of had a HUGE positive effect on our event… I can’t thank you enough!

Nipun, the owner, was excited to make our sandwiches and I’ve never experienced such great customer service at a Quiznos before. He was kind to his employees and treated them well. My family enjoyed his enthusiasm. Highly recommended because of Nipun’s positive energy.

Best Quiznos in the northwest. Only issue I got with them is it too busy probably cause they make a good sandwich. Quality that is all true lacking in many of these franchise Quiznos restaurants this one does it right.

I order from here… A lot. And these guys are amazing. If they need clarification on something, they will call me promptly and make sure the alternative is ok. They are always on time with their delivery. We are moving away soon, and I will miss their service! Thank you!

I have been going here for lunch for years. The staff is empowered to make it «my way». Eating area is clean. Ingredients are prepped by the same people that make the sandwiches. They share my standards and are on constant quality control. I am lucky to work near this franchise of quinos.

I have never been disappointed. The best lunch menu ever. Always great food and fast friendly service!

Ordered thru grub hub and got smashed sandwiches since they put everything on top of the sandwiches. Called to complain, they offered to replace everything but two hours after things were ordered. I waited and they never showed up. Now I am being told that the delivery person says everything was delivered and they would not refund anything. The next thing grub hub calls and tells me that they believe Quiznos instead of the customer who has never complained about anything and has ordered many times.
I am done with Quiznos and grub hub. Don’t order from these losers.

They have gluten free bread! Let’s make this limited time special a permanent thing. Tell a friend!

It’s Quiznos, you should know what to expect, except this one has great customer service which is uncommon for most fast food type joints

I was drawn in by the posters showing the lobster sandwich, and thought — «hey, that should be pretty good.» Well, I was a sucker, because I actually thought it was going to contain real lobster (I know, insert laughter here), but when I saw it was lobster seafood, I should have known it was going to be just meh. The sandwich was way too expensive for what you get — $ 6 for a small sandwich. Thank you, I would much rather go to Subway where one can get the a seafood sandwich for much cheaper — one that’s frankly tastier. So, the sandwich wasn’t that good, but I can forgive that if I get decent service. The service wasn’t prize-​winning — the gentleman who was making the sandwich was, umm, shall we say distracted. He seemed to be more concerned with what his co-​workers were doing than making sure I had a good sandwich experience. When I told him what I wanted, he said that it would taste terrible if I wanted the sandwich toasted and something about how the mayonnaise and cheese would breed bacteria, so he can’t toast it. Wait — isn’t Quiznos supposed to be about toasted subs? I just wasn’t satisfied with the experience and felt it wasn’t worth the amount of money one pays I’m sticking with Subway.

Awesome customer service.
Good customer service goes a very long way for me and I will give preference here when looking to grab some lunch.

I would most likely come by here when I’m in Everett if I want an American sandwich, even though I still think Janbo Café is better…

Quiznos, your sandwiches are actually really good.
Your prices aren’t.
$ 19 for a foot long, a six inch, a soda and a (teeny tiny) bag of chips.
But I keep paying for it because your sandwiches are actually really good. (Why does that surprise me?)
I tend to order the steak and blue cheese sandwich. I’m a blue cheese fiend. I like how the bread is just crispy enough to crunch, but not to hurt your mouth (like Subway sandwiches sometimes do).
Please, lower your prices. Oh, and hire someone nice. Grouchiness turns me off.

I am pretty particular in what I eat for lunch everyday, and this is one of the places I go. The sandwiches are good and the people there are very friendly. Every time people walk in they greet them and they seem to have a lot of regulars.
The sandwiches are good (as to be expected), but it is really the customer service that brings me back. Very nice people that will do whatever they can to accommodate to you.

I have to admit that when I heard this franchise was changing hands, it was very disappointing because the previous staff was very customer service-​oriented and friendly. I anticipated a downhill plunge…
I visit 3 or 4 times a month because Thursday nights are my too lazy to do anything else night, but I would always go to this location, because the locations closer to my house are manned by people who don’t like to be bothered by customers when they’re at work… back to this quiznos…
New owners are carrying on the tradition of solid customer service and positive energy – seems like their entire family is helping get the business going. Never a bad sandwich and always a smile!
