23 Jan, 10:30 pm drive thru I ordered a drip Pike it tasted like it was hours old. I sort of get why they did not change out the coffee its late but why not tell the customer its old and or charge a reduced price. I would have ordered a made to order drink like a mocha. Yes I discovered this after I left the property on my way to the freeway. Nice window service but hey its about the coffee.

Had the seasonal praline/​chestnut latte. Was not flavorful at all. Then i find out the syrups used are ARTIFICIALLY flavored! YUCK
Only reason went to Starbucks is was given giftcard.
I will patronize Tullys yes harder to find. At least they use Torani which is natural!
As for drip coffee and mochas-McD’s is the best and so cheap too.
Starbucks-​why are you charging premium price for substandard ingredients!!!

I drink drip coffee from Starbucks every day. Multiple times. At this Starbuck’s around 11:00 am, ordered drip refill and a bagel with butter. The very stern looking manager (?) looked at me like I was a bank robber. And asked if I didn’t just come in. I said was there earlier, and this was a refill. She refused to give me a refill, even though have had my Starbuck’s loyalty card accruing benefits for years. I pointed out all the other Starbuck’s in Everett regarding refills, She then went into prison warden mode, and informed me that «the rules are the rules», like the soup Nazi from Seinfeld. She also said they had no butter, only low fat cream cheese.
Ridiculous, rude, and unacceptable. I will NEVER buy anything there again. Too bad for that store, because was planning on picking up some bags of coffee and gift cars today too. Now am not going to give Starbuck’s another dime for cup of coffee, much less $ 2.54

Drive thru male Barista was rude I asked him for a refill I am a gold card member he told me no refills in the drive thru I would have to go inside I told him the parking lot was beyond full and no place to park, he said no exceptions, not even a sorry. I cancelled my order and drove 3 miles to the north Broadway location much better plenty of parking and the usual great service.

I always thought it was dumb to write a review for a national chain – been to one, been to them all right? But I am fairly certain, after being to dozens of Starbucks, that this is the friendliest one by far. Staff always greet you when you come in, and whoever is by the counter is great at making friendly conversation while still making drinks efficiently.

They just finished an interior remodel that looks great. This is a convenient location to stop by going to/​from the freeway, especially because the drive-​thru is open 24 hours.

So maybe it’s just me, but I was there in the middle of a slow Sunday afternoon. Three employees walked right by me without a word, but they did make eye contact… awkward. I continued to stand there… then after about 5 minutes one of them asked another one who had been organizing paper products to assist me. Then when I ordered a grande frappuccino she told me they were out of grande cups and I had to order a tall or a venti. This seemed silly to me so I decided just to forget it… the lady then told me «I guess if you want we can put a grande in a another cup.» Alright… why didn’t you offer that the first time? And why are you making me feel all weird about it? Glad this place isn’t in my area… I definitely won’t be back for another awkward and rude encounter.

We had a great experience with our barista Mikayla. She took our order and instead of walking away to go do something she asked us how our day was and chatted with us for a bit she seemed very genuine and down to earth and seems to like her job.

I love the location right off Broadway and the 5. It’s convenient when I drop my sister off at the base at 5am. Also, everyone is crazy nice/​perky and friendly. Coffee is made well and tastes great. They’re also very quick to get people thru the line.
Their menu items include all the regular pastries and breakfast sandwiches of a normal Starbucks, so pretty standard.
Not a fan of the Left turn only out of the driveway… I understand it’s for safety reasons but it takes you away from the 5 and I generally stop on my way back South.

Just thought I should update that this starbucks is now open 24 hours (well the drive thru anyway) and has been for quite awhile. I love that I never have to go without coffee. Seems like they are even open most holidays when no one else is. I have a job that requires me to work most days of the year so I love that I don’t have to do it without coffee. If you must go inside to order your drink they open insanely early at 4:30 am. I usually go late at night but service is always fast and accurate. I believe this is the only 24 hour starbucks around so I am very happy to have it conveniently located less than a mile from work. I usually order the americano so it can’t get messed up, but its always tasty and piping hot.

This Starbucks is fantastic! Everyone there seems to be very friendly. After coming here for a long time, they remember your name and usual order. I have never had any problems with any worker here. Their service is remarkable! I give them a A+!

This Starbucks is fantastic! I work night shift so it’s really nice to have a 24 hour coffee place within driving distance for the nights when I need a little boost during my lunch break. The staff here is fast and friendly. I went to the drive thru once with a co-​workers order and was asked «is this for Lisa» halfway through so I didn’t even have to give all of the fairly complicated order! Coffee’s always hot and they are fast.

Horrible customer service and extremely unorganized. I came in today around 10:30 and yes, it was busy but 4 people who ordered after me, got their drinks first. I didn’t order anything complicated, just a non fat carmel bruillee latte. I could see if I ordered like a 12.5 pump soy, vegan whatever, it taken a long time. He put 4 drinks up and one claimed them therefore he was not paying attention to what he was doing. He bearly apologized when I did get my drink.

I love this Starbucks because the drive through is open 24 hours. I can always get a coffee, whether it is really late or super early.
I pretty much stick to the drive thru, however. Just the other day there was a guy grabbing all the change off the street — not cool.
