Love this place. Local flavor. Friendly owners. Great environment. Down the hill from my house. Great coffee. Sold!

It was really meh. I feel bad saying that since it seems a lot of people are over the moon. I haven’t been inside but I’ve been through the drive-thru twice. Both times the baristas were super nice. The biggest problem was that the speaker box doesn’t work very well and it’s not very obvious where to place your order. In addition the road noise makes it very difficult to hear what they’re saying. No biggie I’m more concerned with the fact that I really didn’t think the coffee was very good. One time I ordered an Americano. The espresso shots were really off and tasted burnt. Its hard to hide burnt shots in an Americano since there’s no milk or anything else to disguise the taste. The other time I had a mocha and truthfully I tasted paper cup more than I did chocolate. I wanted to love it but I just didn’t.

Absolutely our favorite place to come Saturday mornings and chill with a delicious cup of coffee. We have tried their lattes, breve lattes, cappuccinos, and chai lattes… no complaints at all. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. You can actually come and have a conversation or just space out for a few minutes. The owner is super nice and funny. We enjoy his sense or humor. He treats us like family and that in my book is priceless. We live in Everett and work in downtown Seattle and haven’t found a place like this anywhere else. We’ll be back ;)

I pass by the the red door about six times per day. My daughter asked to get an Italian soda. Not hard to make, not hard to mess up. They get 5 stars because they were accommodating to my 5 year old and didn’t up charge for little things, like a bigger cup. They were patient and friendly; two qualities that will have me come again and again. I do wish there was a little more seating on the inside.

Your pup is allowed inside. Want to know why? Because they don’t make food inside. RedDoor is exactly what I was looking for and I plan on patroning this place as often as I can because I have a dog with separation anxiety and because they were so dang friendly. But most importantly. they give me coffee. My usual options for indoor hang-outs with the pup is home depot or lowes. Don’t get me wrong. there is a place and time for home improvement stores but for enjoying a cup of coffee or sitting down to work? I think RedDoor definitely fits the bill much better. Outlets everywhere, coffee and dog friendly(inside and out). Yup. Definitely my kind of place.

I had seen Red Door Coffee before while visiting some local businesses. I hadn’t been there until I recently moved to the area — less than a mile away now. First visit was probably in April and I’ve been there probably 2 dozen times now, so I thought it was about time I did a review. So here’s my thoughts on Red Door Coffee Roasters… Location: Convenient for me because it’s so close. I’m sure they get alot of traffic from the local businesses. Parking is usually good. Sometimes you might have to park further away(during lunchtime with the many restaurants in the same parking lot). Staff/Owner: Friendly people. I assume the gentleman working during my visits is the owner. Everyone has always greeted me upon entering and said ‘have a nice day’ when I leave. Barista skills seem on par with a coffeeshop. Nice ~After my second or third visit, they knew my drink. Ambiance: It’s a nice looking place. Always seems clean & organized. Plenty of tables for visiting or trying to get some work done. Coffee: Honestly, I’ve never been a fan of roasting on site. I believe there is an art and science to roasting beans that is better left to professional roasters. That being said, the coffee here is good. Nice flavor, not bitter/over roasted. I usually get a mocha. I don’t like it too sweet, so I originally ordered it with less chocolate. Now I just let them make it how they make it. Summary: Nice people, nice coffeeshop and good coffee.

So I came into this little gem while wasting time for an upcoming tour at Funko next door. I must say very glad I stopped in. The roaster was very friendly explained to me the two different roasts he had available for the day, proper storage techniques, as well as when you can tell a roast is starting to get a bit old. He also makes very small batches which is nice for those who want very fresh coffee. Anyway I bought a 1 lb bag, and it was great. The coffee made on site was also good, the area is clean, quiet and comfy. I did not check for free wifi, but I’ll just assume it’s available like all other coffee shops. Highly recommend RedDoor. I’ll be back for the sure the next time I’m in the area.

Super friendly staff, great coffee and espresso and cozy ambiance! Also the prices are very reasonable! You can easily get a coffee and a pastry under $ 5 here. They roast their own coffee daily in the store too!

Living on the north end I’m always on the lookout for great coffee. While this place is a little out of the way for me they are one of the best places in the area for a good espresso. What I love is their attention to detail and it really pays off. If you like quality coffee then my recommendation is to check this place out even if it’s a little out of your way you will not be disappointed. Taylor Clouse Nutrition Expert

really nice coffee shop, employees have good barrista skills. Great selection of flavors and special offers. Shop is roasting its own coffee — simply gorgeous! Price is comperable with others… I was here every every morning before my meeting. They are offering a customer card, the 10th drink is for free!

The coffee is so fresh and has a wonderful deep flavor but not burnt or bitter like most Northwest coffee roasters. The staff is so friendly, I believe it’s the owners who work here. You must check it out, worth the drive!

Really good quality coffee and great barista skills on the espresso machine. Definitely going back. Today I saw them roasting their coffee, awesome! I wish they had more food variety, but it isn’t a big deal.

I travel the world. A lot. I seek out interesting coffee shops in every city(Barcelona, Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai, London, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, etc…) In little Everett WA, Jason at the RedDoor Coffee Roaster makes the best cup of espresso and the best latte in the world. Somehow, the combination of his brewing technique and the roasting of his own beans makes the perfect crema. His staff is very friendly(Sunny, et al). And the café is a pleasant place to work for an hour on your laptop. There is really no food to speak of. Some pastries that are imported fresh from the Essential Baking Company in Wallingford are good, but this is not the place for a meal.

Great place and convenient for all the local workforce. They have almond milk. Two shots in a 12 oz ceramic mug was nice and strong. Wonderful crema and hot like i like it. Now about the owners. Two of the nicest people ever. Their joy on the inside shines brightly outward. While we were sitting there after receiving out drinks, hand delivered by the way, one of them brought a small paper saucer with 3 chocolate chip cookies as a gift. Then, as we were leaving she hands us a 16 oz plastic cup… roasted on site… full of fresh roasted beans free of charge. Easy parking, great espresso, smiles all around, how could it get any better.

Coffee roasted daily? Check! Friendly service? Check! Awesome pour art? Check! It’s a bit far for me(when I’m in the Seattlle area, I’m in the Eastside), but I think it’s worth the drive. The people are very friendly and the coffee is really good. I dig the ambiance of the place. It’s a cool place to chill with a book or catch up with friends while having a cuppa. It’s modern, clean, and pretty. At the same time it’s kid friendly, so don’t hesitate to bring the whole family =)
