Worst and slowest service. Watching the employees bar is a nightmare– the company puts processes in place to ensure efficient and quality service. New management needed ASAP.

I come here a lot but came through the drive through today to get a green tea frap and was greeted by a rude barista through the speaker, then when I was waiting behind a car near the window, the barista (Courtney) greeted a dog that was in the car in front of me by letting the dog lick her hand then used the same hand to hand me my drink??? Really? Super unprofessional and the green tea frap tasted watered down.

This STARBUCKS is by far the worst STARBUCKS on the planet. TODAY… 10 MINUTES IN LINE AND finally came out to the drive thru so I could listen to the news while I was waiting. Just to see how long it would actually take me to get a double tall mocha. This is the second time this week it has taken more than 12 minutes to get a cup of coffee. What happened to the customer service? Where is the management. here. super frustrating when you have a schedule. Total wait time today: 15 minutes

VERY LONG WAIT!!! took 15 min to get an iced cold brew!!! What!!! Don’t you just pour it in a cup and add ice?!? Good thing I don’t live close cause I’d be a sad panda if this was my Starbucks back home.

I’ve been a daily customer here for 3 years. I have always received great service and drinks, until lately. The last 3 to 4 weeks the service has been awful and drinks are consistently wrong. I order the same drink everyday, it’s simple, shouldn’t be messed up constantly. The drive thru wait time has increased dramatically (early morning or mid day, doesn’t seem to matter). I sat in the drive thru the day before yesterday for 21 minutes, all I got was a half hearted «ya, sorry» when I mentioned the extreme wait. There’s no other drive thru close to me on my route to work so, I’ll just have to make my own drinks from now on. Starbucks has always been my little indulgence but at $ 6 a drink, I’d rather mess it up myself than pay to have a rude barista mess it up for me.

I went through the drive thru and the girl was so friendly and nice. I don’t go to Starbucks often because I’m not a coffee person but I loved the drink. It was fast and I definitely recommend it.

This place is great! They are open 3:30 to 8, and the 3:30 is great timing! I’ve never been there that early, but it’s nice when driving to know if I wanted to make a quick stop I could before work. The people who work here are nice and care about how you are.

This Starbucks is close to work for me, so I often stop in either early in the morning or late in the evening. I think it’s a great location. The baristas are friendly and polite. There are comfy chairs to zone out in while the caffeine kicks in. They have a good selection of Starbucks swag. They have a drive through. All good things.
It’s nice that the location I use because of locational convenience is also one I genuinely like going to.

Starbucks, I have a feeling we will be very close friends (much to my dismay).
You’re very conveniently located to where my new office of employment will be. And you’re a drive-thru. Methinks I will be by for many a tasty beverage in the future.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. For someone who hates Starbucks passionately, I sure find myself in them a lot.

This is probably one of the 2 Starbucks near Everett mall. This one is the one off of 526. I wasn’t familiar with the area, so that’s why we made it in here. They don’t have one in the mall so we decieded to venture out while the women were shopping. Its located in a strip mall, next to a scrub uniform store. Its pretty much standard Starbucks fare, we were in and out of there without any hassle. The staff is accomodating and friendly, but then again, I’ve haven’t been to a Starbucks that hasn’t been.

Drive-thru locay on the north side of Evergreen (off of Boeing Freeway)… SBUX always has good solid hot and cold drinks.
