Scrub City

Pet peeve of mine would be people that aren’t on time. Their hours state they open at 10 am, any time I’ve been there at that time or shortly after NO ONE IS THERE. They should consider changing their hours or, their employees. This is the only reason for two stars. The selection of colors and brands are good. They could keep more (popular sizes) in stock.

I am so happy I went here based on previous Unilocal reviews! First, I went to Life Uniform in Lynnwood and was highly disappointed in their selection and customer service. Grace at Scrub City was AMAZING! She was very helpful suggesting styles and brands that fit my body type and helping me place an order. They do have a smaller selection in store, but are willing to order anything and have all the catalogs there for you to browse though. Very patient and friendly. Definitely will be coming back and referring all my coworkers here.

A GLOWING review of Scrub City in Everett. The very sweet woman who works there, Lita, really knows her stuff, body-​style and fit-​wise. She can tell you exactly what size/​brand/​style will flatter YOU and what won’t, so you don’t have to waste your time trying all kinds of stuff on, and can even confidently order catalog stuff sight unseen. Not to mention, you get 35% off your ENTIRE purchase (even stuff they don’t have in stock, and will order for you), on one shopping trip during your birthday month. I got EIGHT super cute outfits today (Koi, Iguana, Cherokee, Dickeys) for $ 333, instead of $ 450. Uhhhmazingly happy!

Just moved to WA state and needed specific colored scrubs for a new job. I saw information online and some reviews on Scrub City so thought I would check it out. Selection was alright, nothing special but decent although they are lacking in size selections. All the small tops (an average size and obviously the most popular) were gone for many different brands forcing me to have the store order them for me. I was told it would take 2 weeks and that I would receive a call when the order was being shipped to my house. I paid for the items ordered plus extra for shipping. It has been three weeks and still no scrubs. I contacted them wondering what was going on and why I hadn’t been updated and all the girl could say was, «yeah, I don’t really know» to every question I asked. When asked if this is their normal turnaround time or if this is a onetime thing the girl said, «Sometimes certain brands take a really long time, guess I should have mentioned that huh? I would cancel my order and ask for a refund but unfortunately I purchased two scrub pants that I now don’t have any tops to match. I will simply await my order arrival, if and when it ever comes through. I will definitely not being shopping here again, or ordering with them online. Incompetent and poor customer service.

By far the best customer service and prices of any scrub store in the area. All of their stuff is cute and trendy. I saved about $ 100 because if their birthday month discount. They also carry Dansko shoes in cute styles for less than mall stores!

I always have a hard time finding the right pants, they were very helpful with different brands and sizing. They give new customers 10% off and every customer that spends $ 50 gets 5 off the next purchase! They also offer special ordering for sizes not in stock.
