Refresh Boutique

Love this store! I went with friends this year on Shop Local Saturday. It was clean, modern and displayed so well. Felt like you were in a boutique of new clothes. Purses we bought were clean and new type lining inside. They had a special of «buy one get one free» for the day. Great area to try clothes on and great area of comfy chairs to sit and rest or wait for friends. I was buying not selling. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was there were not enough larger size clothes at that time.

I wanted to love this place. I like supporting local business and giving credit where credit is due but this place just didn’t do it for me. Maybe they were having an off day, I don’t know.
I have driven by a few times but actually had time to stop in and it just do happened that they were having a sale.
There were a few other people in there browsing and I actually didn’t see anyone that worked there until I noticed him in the back, sitting in a chair, talking on his cell phone loudly. I simply smiled and he gave me a weird look. Um okay. I continued to look around and he honestly just watched me the entire time after that like I was going to steal something. Um, 1. I don’t steal 2. there was nothing worth stealing or let alone buying on this day.
Anyways, I am not sure if he was the owner or not, if so, Maybe think again before you make someone feel extremely uncomfortable in your store. Small business depend on locals to keep them afloat.

Fantastic resale boutique in the heart of downtown Everett packed with tons of trendy, contemporary women’s clothing, shoes, bags and accessories in great condition and at affordable prices. I was stoked to find this shop as an out-​of-​towner visiting Everett for the day. I got a super cute blouse for less than $ 10.
The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and also suggested some other cool places in town to check out. I will definitely stop in again the next time I am in town, and would not hesitate to recommend this boutique to others looking for a treasure-​trove of affordable, trendy, second-​hand pieces with which to update their wardrobes.

Went in with my kids, owner seemed okay with having a couple of 3 year olds wandering around playing in the clothes. Nice selection on the $ 3 rack. I like that the racks are arranged by color. Overall more than I would pay for used clothing.

I was out walking the dog and stopped in. I wish I had done that earlier. I was amazed at all the styles and clothes that i liked. I hate shopping and it’s like someone picked out stuff I would love and dumped it all in one store. I got a ton of stuff and the clothes are in great shape and good quality labels. I need to spruce up my winter wardrobe and this is the place I“ll do it at. It’s nice to be able to go into a store and get personal service. I hope this place stays open. I will be back often.

I stumbled upon Refresh while walking around on a summer day and it was such a great thing I did! The owners are super sweet and the prices are great! My favorite aspect of the store is that they have an array of different sizes and even have a plus size section which is often a challenge to find in most re-​sale stores.
Also they host events to kick off new season fashions, I plan to attend the upcoming one for Fall to take advantage of their great prices and easy to shop atmosphere. Plus, I want first dibs on all the cute new stuff! I will for sure be back!

Really good prices for the boutique environment and quality. The layout is airy and fun to shop in. I loved seeing a range of sizes – I NEVER see plus sizes mixed in consignment/​resale fashion, and it’s refreshing!
If anything, I wish they had more clothes. :)

I love vintage/​used clothes shopping, and was glad to see this place in Everett! It’s got a great boutique feel to it, good music, etc., and the clothes are fun. The prices are really good too (somewhere between thrift store prices and typical consignment shop prices). I held off on 5 stars because I have a lot of trouble finding stuff in the small sizes though. Maybe there is another small person with my taste buying them out? Great shop, just more small clothes, please!

Beautiful boutique atmosphere, great prices on really nice quality clothes. The owners are sweet. I will definitely be back to support this local business!
