I like this store! My daughter and I were just walking and checked this store out and ended up buying some products here and kept coming back!
Their items are very unique and you feel very special because there is no place like their store where you can find similar items.
For a start, I bought a really nice lip-​gloss which has light and mirror on it. Its a very unique item. Then I came back to buy a luxurious scarf for my soon-​to-​be daughter-​in-​law…
The customer service here was superb. I mean, the sales lady (sorry, I forgot her name but she has a British accent) even wrap my items nicely and put them in a very nice bag. Where in the world can you find this except those super expensive branded name stores? Or, maybe, when you shop in Japan…
I even called my friends from Seattle to come and check out this place… xojosephineiwatani

I wear Renee’s clothes all of the time and feel my best in them. I’ve purchased a number of items and lately purchased the Lisette slacks that were talked about on the company’s blog as perfect. They really are. They are of excellent quality and the finish on the fabric is gorgeous. And they are nice and plain. I can’t go into the store at times because of a health problem but the staff at Renee’s engages via private messaging and finds items for me. I’m a clothes shopper from way back and I know good clothes when I see them. And they are at Renee’s!

Love this store! They will either help you put together an outfit when you ask or leave you alone to browse. The clothes are always of a finer quality, so you will pay a bit more, but they will beautifully wash and wear. Treat yourself and at least go check it out.

I’m a man… but keep reading. I don’t wear women’s clothing but my wife does and she doesn’t drive so I take her to Renee’s and sometimes I go in and kid around. Today my wife bought a pair of shoes at Renee’s that she tried on before but didn’t buy them because she is use to buying cheap shoes (I can’t believe how cheap she can find some of them). I call my wife a professional shopper because she shops so much, good thing she doesn’t buy much. She explained how well they were made and how good they fit her. She didn’t have to talk me into them, I’ve had foot problems and if I don’t get a really good shoe, in a short time my feet are going to start hurting. After paying for the shoes Johanna came over to me and said if I ever felt like getting her something, she liked this bracelet she was holding and I asked her if she would like it now and she said, «Sure»…I’m glad she did because she just loves that bracelet.

She may have a nice variety of clothes and accessories however when I received a gift from there that had a defect and attempted to exchange it or receive store credit the owner informed me that their return policy was one week with a receipt. Period, no exceptions. That said, unless you are buying something for yourself to wear out of the store I would not be tempted to buy anything there. Period, no exceptions.

I am a devoted follower of Renee’s. I love the clothes she carries– they always have flair and are not run-​of-​the-​mill pieces you find elsewhere. She carries European designers that I like, and always has something that suprises me. Renee is a warm, caring person– she makes me feel welcome every time, even if I don’t buy anything.

No-​return policy after 10 days.
This is a really nice clothing store in downtown Everett. I’ve shopped here many times. Clothes are unique AND expensive. I purchased a blouse the end of July for a wedding and it did not go as well with my pants when I got home as I thought it would so I left the blouse covered by the original bag and set it aside hoping for a day off to return it. Today I have time off but was informed that I could not return the blouse even for store credit. They have a no-​return policy after 10 days.
For busy people with hectic schedules, Nordstrom is a much better bet. You can return anything, anytime.
