Seven-Eleven Store No 32681

This is a 7-​Eleven gas station located right off the main road, Evergreen Way. It is a gas station location and does currently have a Red Box outside. Within the same parking lot is a Jack in the Box.
Outside is pretty typical for this area, a little grungy but alright for the most part. Inside the shop sometimes smells a little weird from the «gas station pizza» and other «food» but it’s not bad. The shelves are pretty neat and stocked. Typical 7-​Eleven here… flowers, knick-​knacks, travel items, candy, beer, soda, slurpee machine, sandwiches, donuts, etc.
The employees are almost always speaking in their native tongue but that doesn’t bother me. I’m always greeted and treated kindly here. The only scary part is some of the unsavory patrons. For ladies, I don’t recommend coming here alone after dark.
In all, it’s a decent location that’s fairly easy to get in and out of. Usually plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Just keep in mind, this isn’t always the best part of town.

Watch your change when you hand them a $ 20!
Instead of checking the tape in the office right away Mandy said she would take my number, review the DVR, and then promised to call me with the result. Before she could provide a refund she had to see if she actually gave me the correct change or not first.
I had no cash in my pocket before entering the store and went straight to the cash machine and withdrew a $ 20 dollar bill. The cash machine only gives cash in $ 20 increments.
I bought $ 4 in Lotto tickets and received change for a $ 10.
I mentioned the mistake and emptied my pockets on the counter. I was carrying no other cash. She said that she would call after taking my information. She finally called but said that she needed the date and time to review the tape. This was after a week of waiting. I called and gave her the information that she requested. She said that she would tell her husband who reviews the tape and call me back.
Two weeks later… No answer so I return to the store and speak with her… She said that was a long time ago like I would forget about it or something… It’s not the amount but the principal! She said that she still has my number and she will call. NO CALL! I return to the store and she is not there but I speak with another clerk. I explain and he replies «Oh you are the guy» sort of laughing when he says it. YES I am the idiot who trusted your clerk to call me!
All liars and thieves who do not seem to care about their customers!
Two stores close by that carry the same stuff but cheaper and with lower gasoline prices! Do not waste your time with the people that own this store. They do not follow through with their promises! Obviously they only care about making a quick buck and not the customer!
Also I noticed that their food looks old on the grill like they never change it. Just my observation.
