Wendy’s

Una (de las miles) de razones por las que me encanta EEUU es por comer en Wendy’s! La comida está buenísima, hamburguesas grandes y jugosas y lo que más me gusta: te dan la opción de cambiar las clásicas patatas fritas por la patata asada con mantequilla y crema agria (buenísima)
Además te dan un vaso y tienes millones de opciones de bebida para elegir con una máquina que tienen.
Si te queda hueco, el helado es bueno, eso si, pide el pequeño…te sorprenderá el tamaño!

This location has swift service, and I love the food they serve — When they serve the complimenting sauce /​ketchup I request. Easily more than half of the times I’ve visited, they ask which sauce I’d like with my nuggets — then fail to include it. Also when I ask for ketchup, they fail to include it.
Last time I visited, I thought I’d give them another shot & ordered the 4 for $ 4 meal. They asked which sauce, requested ranch and ketchup for the fries.
Sent me off with sweet & sour sauce /​no ketchup.
Seriously guys?
1 time, I understand, but this is a consistent thing that goes wrong more then it goes right. Who wants to eat plain fries & nuggets with no sauce? Ruins the meal. Would give 5 stars for swift service if this Simple but Critical problem was addressed.

Bad. Bad. Bad. Beware this place is very bad! Drive-​thru was slow, the workers were rude. The lady told me to park somewhere (so I parked In front of Wendy’s) and when she came to bring my food she scolded me and told me to park next to the door on the side next time. (HA, there won’t be a next time.) But, if I were to do that I’d be blocking the car behind me. Perhaps, she should be more clear on where to park. On the other hand, the food was absolutely ice cold! The cheese wasn’t even melted, the bread was hard and gross. The fries were cold and over salted, tasted old. The place is nice looking too bad the food and customer service doesn’t match up. Ahh, bad!

Slow buisness and the rudest employee’s I have ever dealt with especially this one woman.

I stopped here for lunch and got a large chili and a frosty. For years I’ve bought this same lunch hundreds of times at Wendy’s across many states but today I was surprised to find it had changed for the worse. Much worse. When I popped the top on the chili container and put the plastic spoon in it immediately fell to the side of the cup. At first I thought the contents had settled so I stirred it only to find a few random beans, some onion and pepper bits and some chili-​flavored water — but almost no beef.
I started dredging the cup with the spoon to see if I could located any, but was only able to find maybe a tablespoon’s worth of beef IN A LARGE CHILI. You’d think Wendy’s would be embarrassed enough about this terrible excuse for a meal to maybe throw in a few extra beans to try and cover it up but apparently beans are almost as scarce as cows are these days.
I’d hate to see what their «chili» devolves into if the water shortage continues to spread; all that will be left will be some dusty crackers rattling around in a cup of chili powder.

Terrible Drive through service. I don’t go to Fast food often, but whenever I do decide to get Wendy’s this is the closest and almost EVERYTIME. They mess something up or forget something or give the entirely wrong order. Terrible don’t go!

I never get this customer service at the Wendy’s by my house in Covington. The gal behind the counter made my mother in laws coffee special for her and the food cane out fresh and fast.

I went through the drive through, and I started ordering for my family of 5. After ordering for 2 of my children I was rudely interrupted by Michelle who was not the person taking the order. With an attitude she asked WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED? As I pulled up to the 2^nd window, Michelle was the girl who was to hand me my order. She tossed my orders at me and also made me drop my son’s apple juice that she forces into my car aggressively. She then proceeded to say have a nice day with a smirk on her face. I will not go to this wendys ever again.

Best fast food dining experience… They have an employee named Thomas greeting customers and cleaning up the dining area. He was a breath of fresh air. My kids even commented how nice he was. We saw him waiting on customers with a smile, going above & beyond to make you enjoy your meal and even helping an older lady to the restroom. The food was good, place was super clean & I just had to comment as it was nice to see an exceptional employee at work.

Food was okay. I think it’s safe to say this Wendy’s is not in the best neighborhood. Staff is nice. Not a big fan of the druggies in the lobby.

This Wendy’s is located in the Home Depot parking lot. Right next to the Fast Eddie’s gas station. The outside is kept reasonably clean, especially for this location. Many vagrants hang around nearby at the bus stop. And several (I’m assuming) illegal immigrant works hang around nearby too.
Inside the restaurant is kept clean and they do a good job keeping «non-​customers» out so you’re not hit up for money while you’re trying to eat.
The drive thru is usually always fast and accurate. And the staff is usually friendly.
The food is basic for the Everett area. Nothing special but you can consume it for a quick meal.

The food was delicious! The place was clean. The employees were super nice. The service was fast.

New building. lots of drug addicts around. they even have a security guard. but does nothing… i just dont like people with open cuts and disease around my food. you never know when these people are going to go crazy and hurt someone. kids etc.i understand they have the right to eat there also. but maybe do a time limit so they dont hang out there all day to do their drug deals. Also i get asked for spare change every time i go there. i live close by so i shouldnt have to be pushed out to another place because its unsafe.

First I want to start by saying I’m not a picky guy by any means nor have I ever used Unilocal to post a negative review on place, I live not to far from this wendys and have been here quite a few times not because it’s good but convenience, there is a lady that works here who is beyond rude and seems to be having a bad day everyday, I asked her if she could add a tomatoe to my burger and she told me no and to buy a burger that comes with tomatoe, also literally and I mean literally every time I go here the food is magically ready immediately when you get to the window, and the food is obviously never hot or fresh, so I suppose it’s safe to assume they have everything pre made and probably been sitting for quite sometime, I was a cook for six years and that is a complete no no and extremely unsanitary, I love wendys food and have ate at them since I was a kid but this place has about 0 qualities, I’m sure it could be saved if they were to put in the proper management

The drive thru window can’t get an order right. Been here three times. Order was messed up e wry time.

This Wendy’s is around the corner from where I live. At first the food was always hot. Now lately the food is cold. When I go I have to ask for fresh food so I know it’s hot when I get home.

This Wendy’s is clean and efficient. At least when I came to visit today they were. I’m not a big fan of this parking lot. It can be hard to get out of depending on what direction you’re headed in.

Not a big fan of fast food but it was there and we were hungry.
First off while waiting in line someone (who looked like he was a Meth head) came to my open window asking for money. Second when I asked the worker what was on a burger she huffed and said what was on the burger so fast we couldn’t understand so we had to ask her to repeat it then another huff I told her what I didn’t on want on my burger and while I was trying to say what else we wanted she interrupted and said that all I told her no and this proceeded to happen 2x more and when I said no for the 3^rd time she huffed and didn’t say anything and I said hello and nothing for 1 minute then she finally answered and I was able to finish my order. 4 small meals for $ 32 ridiculous. We get to the window and she proceeded to say that she left her mind at home? We got our bags and checked and surprise surprise 2 of the burgers were wrong! We pulled around and parked then my sister went in and 20 minutes yes 20 she came out. They made her wait in line and wait and wait. So now we have cold Fries. Thanks Wendy’s for the awful customer service and cold food. Let’s just say won’t be back

Normally really decent. The regular night crew is pretty good. However the last time I was there, the short haired woman at the drive through seemed to be having an emotional breakdown in anger. After ordering she snatched my card without saying how much it would be, then all but threw it back at me. In the window I could see her balling her firsts in anger and miming to herself curses. I dont know if she was having a bad day, or maybe someone didnt come in, or one of the other workers was getting on her nerves or maybe she was just in a bad mood, but you really should at lease excercise minimal emotional restraint in the window. After she tossed my food at me silently and slammed the window I checked the bag and noticed the fries were in upside down and scattered.
I dont know what the deal was, and everyone has a bad day, but that was uncalled for. Hopefully the normal night shift returns, this is probably the best wendys from Seattle to Marysville.

Keep your wallet in your front pocket. You might sit next to a nice family feeding kids. You might sit next to an elderly couple enjoying a simple meal. Or, you might sit next to the dreggs of Everett. Tell your friend to go save a table… just not over there… or there… or…
