I wish there was a tab for minus rating. This place sucks. They messed up my order many times but today I decided to take it to Unilocal.I ordered a southwest chicken salad with grill chicken and they gave me low fat Balsamic dressing with that. Bunch of idiots working there. Please don’t waste your money there.

If it was possible to give negative starts I would so do it. I ordered food here and not only was the girl that was working drive thru window rude she didnt listen at all when I was ordering I had to repeat myself 5 times before she was able to even get half of the order correct. Then when I was at the window she asked if I wanted any sauces for the fries and I told her ranch and she gave me ketchup I again said «Ranch» and she was like oh okay and gave me «Franks» I was so irritated at this point I finally just told her R A N C H spelling it out and was able to get that across to her that time. The food prep area was trashy garbage all over floor. She was rude I called and requested a manager to call me but had no attempt at all and I called jack in the box compaint line and I requested the District Manager to call and still nothing.

What do you expect — your normal Jack in the Crack food. Burgers and chicken and breakfast all day. I was in there Friday night and got chicken to go and a BLT sandwich — both were OK. Service was quick which I expect for JITB. Maybe two miles from the hotel I stayed at (TownePlace).

That guy Pavo is a really bad employee, slow service, makes up an excuse and doesn’t even apologize that I had to wait 15 minutes for 6 tacos. Other than that the store does have a lot of windows and its a good place to come eat after a workout if they only made the food on time. They also ran out of taco sauce when I was there.

They didn’t give me my full order gave me my drink and told me to have a nice day when I ordered more them just a drink! My smoothie was made horribly most watered down nasty drink! Not to mention the teen that served me had a complete attitude, fix the asap JB.

We have been here about four times and they have never messed up our order and the service is always nice and helpful

Jack in the Box is a decent fast food place. I would give it 3 stars, except that this location seems like the service is always really slow and understaffed. I’ve also gotten mistakes in my order a few times. I personally like the breakfast food better than anything else.

Big mis-​steak. Driving home after a great weekend on Whidbey, but starving after missing dinner — having too much fun. After much debate and not finding anything else open late (11 PM), stopped at JITB to get a sirloin burger and grilled chicken pita. Not good. 12 hours later — food poisoning symptoms. Won’t give the gory details, but we both suffered (ing). As our doc says — «it too will pass.» Itsa pita.
Called them and got run around, but did get the 800 number for guest services who took data and filed a report. Got a call back later to see what else we had eaten and where. Big deal — barely an apology for missing a day of work and having «severe GI distress». Yech-​h-​h-​h.
Second time in a year at a JITB — previously late return from Portland and stopped off I-​205 near PDX. Similar consequeces. Broke my own bad food rule — never give them a second chance. Guess it now applies to chains as well as specific establishments.
No more JITB — ever! Better to be hungry and wait. Jack, your time in the ICU was just a notice to customers it seems. Spend more on food control and less on cute ads.
