A Burger Place

Love this place. I come here at least once per week. Family that runs the place is really nice. All fresh and made on the spot. All type of fries including sweet potato. Plenty of parking. One of the better hamburger joints I’ve been to.

Well, it was less than a week before I returned… this time… teriyaki. I was again greeted warmly by the owner and his wife. They actually recognized me from my previous visit and had a good laugh with me saying I must have enjoyed it the first time.
This time they had a very old episode of the Simpsons playing on the tv, but it was soon switched to HGTV (I’m content with either). I opted for a booth and the teriyaki chicken with extra rice.
Again, just like the burgers, meal was grilled fresh once I placed my order. The chicken was grilled and then put on a skillet over onions and covered in sauce to finish the cooking process. This is how it was served to me. On a piping hot skillet with steam rolling and sauce bubbling, I probably looked like an old cartoon with my mouth watering and wide eyes.
It was a very good portion (especially since it was $ 7.50 after tax!) I was given extra teriyaki sauce to use as well. Boy, was it delicious though, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was tasty. The rice was nice and sticky and cooked to perfection.
The meal filled me up and at a great price. I won’t be surprised if I end up here for the 3^rd time this week to try something else. I have had nothing but good experiences here.

Mind blowing bubble tea. I got the mango and it was the best bubble tea I’ve ever had which is saying a lot since it’s a regular for me. They also have the BEST garden burgers that automatically come with shoestring fries. My husband gets the bulgogi burger and apparently it’s pretty tasty too (I don’t eat meat so I can’t vouch for that one). I even get Burger Place cravings now! Seriously my new favorite place to eat in Mukilteo! :) I wish there were 10 stars!

Double cheeseburger made to order. Fries as we’ll. fairly quick service. Nice people. Plenty of parking. Convenient. And UUU so good.

So I was hungry for a burger but I refuse to go to any fast food chains. So I fired the good ol’ Unilocal app up and did a quick search for anything local. Came here and i do not regret it! The place was pretty empty so I was skeptical, and even more skeptical when I went to get some dr pepper from the machine and it was diluted like crazy. Tried some Pepsi and it tasted normal! The wait was about 12 minutes which for a fresh burger was very acceptable. Each burger comes with fries so I didn’t have to order that. But I ordered some jalapeño poppers and needles to say I was not impressed. Tasted just like the ones I get frozen. The fries weren’t much better. Sub par. Not bad but not great, also skimpy sized! I ordered the mushroom burger with a substitution and it was done perfectly to the letter. This burger made up for all the meh I had experienced! Meat was tasty, thick and cooked perfectly! It was all complimented nicely by the toppings. Overall the service was great, while some of the smaller items were a little disappointing. The burger did not fail to satisfy me!

The burgers were good value for money, and the fries were salty and delicious. It didn’t stand out to me as noteworthy to return, although some of their more ethnic specialties might be the gems of the menu (?).

Friendly owners and employees. I ordered the bbq burger and fries which was tasty and the fries were hot and fresh from the fryer. My friend ordered chicken teriyaki and it came out on a hot plate and there were no complaints there.
Coolest new addition — they have beer on tap here now. I saw at least 6 different beers on tap for reasonable price. I enjoyed a Mack and Jacks during my visit. Looked like most of the brews there were from local breweries, so that was cool.
I’ll definitely come back here for a burger and brew in the future.

Food was good. I paid for a $ 6 meal with a $ 20 bill. I got $ 4 change. I didn’t notice at first. When I went back they said that they charged me for other things I didn’t even order, and they didn’t give me a receipt. I told them «All I bought was this meal. I did not get the correct amount of change.» Eventually they gave me my $ 10. Not coming back here. I feel like they actually tried to get more money out of me without my knowledge.
Edit: Two hours after eating, myself and another person in my party came down with food poisoning. Go to Z’s Burgers instead.

This is a small shop, that does burgers and teriyaki. I had a double cheeseburger cooked medium. It was really good. All the patties are fresh ¹⁄₃ pound and cooked to order. All burger orders come with fries.

Beef patties hand made and grilled just the way you like it. Family owned and the pride in their food and service shows. While I love their hamburgers, I think one of my favorites is the salmon burger. Just tasteterrific!
In addition to awesome basics, try the bubble tea and chicken katzu. Open for lunch or dinner

Ordered the classic double cheeseburger. The food here is decent, but not great. Burger was a bit over cooked, and didn’t stand out. Still searching for that great burger in seattle area.

I’ve lived less than a mile away from this place for almost a year and only found out about it today… how this is possible, I have no clue, especially since I used to live in the U-​District and was familiar with that location.
This one here in Mukilteo is vastly superior to the U-​District Burger Place. The employees (owners?) were warm and friendly towards my girlfriend & I from the second we got there. I ordered the Bulgogi burger and the gf a bacon cheeseburger. Mine was fresh and packed with yummy flavors, same goes for hers and the bacon was crispy and delicious! Our experience was nothing short of excellent, I can see us coming back here on a weekly basis!

The burgers here are good, and the value is great. My wife and I stick firmly to our weekly budget, but we love to go out to eat once a week. On the weeks we want to eat cheap, this is the place we go. We can get two good size burgers, a single order of fries big enough to share, and a drink for about $ 15.
Nothing here blows me away, but nothing on the menu is disappointing either. Good burger, good fries, good onion rings. I have seen quite a few people here ordering teriyaki, so I imagine it is good as well.
The family who runs this place is very nice and always there. I appreciate their service and admire their work ethic.

The burgers were fine. A bit Costco-​esc with a little bacon.
The fries were fine (a bit salty).
Annoying rappish music blaring from a boom box was bearable.
The scent of urinal disk wafting in the air was not fine.
I could barely make it through my burger.

Good burger, confusing menu (you have to fill out an order form), frozen fries-​YUK! If you’re looking for a REALLY great burger and REAL fries go to Redline in Lynwood. Overall I’d say OK.

I don’t eat ground beef anymore, but if I did my first stop would probably be A Burger Place. It’s so simple yet so delicious… as everyone has already said, you go in, take a card that has many different options on it for what you’d like on your burger and fill it out accordingly. Hand it over to the cashier, pay, and then wait a few minutes and you’re served up with one of the freshest, most heavenly, delicious burgers you’ve ever sunk your teeth into.
I really like it because I’m kind of picky… usually the exact burger I want is never available on the menu anywhere so I always need to make numerous changes to one while I’m ordering.
My mom called me the other day telling me that they have delicious soft serve ice cream that I need to go try, too. So maybe I’ll give up on my anti ground beef phase for a day and get an amazing burger and some amazing soft serve.

What can I say? You walk in, grab a list, mark off whatever you want on the burger, and they pile it higher than you can hold in your hand… One of the Best burger joints Ive been to… Rivals Red Mill and Kidd Valley easily.

UPDATE2: The second time I went there, I noticed that they did take my advice on posting the burger orders on a wall… that was cool!!!
UPDATE: Apparently this is actually a chain. I saw one just like this in the U-​District the other day. So technically I wasn’t this first one, just the first one for Mukilteo.
This is actually a brand new place… a friend of mine heard about it from a friend… it’s deep in the heart of Mukilteo… there is only a banner outside to show the name… there is no decoration in the place yet, other than a plasma tv next to the entrance…
the food: it was actually very good… you get a sushi like sheet where you select everything you want to eat… they have a pretty good list… i had a triple patty, house sauce, bbq onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and lots of other stuff… with a huge plate of curly fries and a drink for under $ 10…it was a lot of food and very tasty…
i suggested to them, that they add corks or something like that, so that you can pin you paper at the end… it would be a cool little gimmick… in my opinion at least… good competition against the locally owned Z Burgers. not well know, so spread the love…
