Supreme Appliance Service

Supreme Appliance diagnosed and fixed our Bertazzoni oven quickly and efficiently. Not many companies service this type so I was happy the did! They were quick to come out for a diagnostic visit, came within the scheduled window, diagnosed the problem, put the part order in the same day, called immediately when it was in to schedule a visit, and again came within the scheduled time and were quick to do the fix. I was pleased that what was diagnosed was in fact the issue. Two people came to do the fix and everyone I interacted with from the company, in person or on the phone, were professional and polite. Their price was also very competitive compared to only 1 other local company I could find who would also service this type of oven. They were also very clean while working on the oven and put a towel down on the hardwood floor for protection. Overall, a great experience from Supreme Appliance.

On time. Polite. Successfully fixed multiple problems in our brand new Blue Star oven. He seemed to really know how to work on the Blue Star. I’m very pleased, highly recommend this company, and am surprised to see such poor reviews.

We have just had a really horrible experience with this outfit. They were supposed to be servicing a broken Electrolux Washer.
What happened was that they had the wrong note in their records that the part had been delivered to our house the previous Thursday when really it was only going to arrive the day after the service appointment. This would have been quite clear from the speaking with Electrolux (though we were not aware of this part being mailed to us until the service appointment). In any case someone at Supreme had made the wrong note on the record.
The service technician shouted at me as he didn’t have the part and wanted to leave (I was carrying my baby at the time which made it particularly inappropriate), and when I rang up the central office to complain and tell them they laughed at me and put the phone down.
The washer remains broken.
I just wanted to add that if you are even thinking of using this outfit look at the reviews that Unilocal has filtered out. I have never seen so many 1* reviews.
