My washer’s lid switch recently broke. I called a bunch of places and Marcone had what I wanted. The contact I spoke to in Florida was extremely pleasant and helpful as was the woman at the shop. My entire experience was quick and painless. I will be recommending this company in the future.

I was expecting the worst from the ratings but I was completely wrong. So my dryer was not drying so took it apart and got the part that failed. Took a picture of the serial number and had it ready. The lovely lady saw it and just asked me if I just needed that, I said only that one piece. Sure enough she was walking away, I tried stopping her to give her the serial number. All she said no need! Got the part, and paid for it in a few minutes. Just over all fantastic stuff here. Definitely coming back for any of my appliance needs.

I will always give credit, where credit is due. A month ago, my heavily used, not too old, but out of warranty clothes dryer stopped working. Being pretty handy and almost always being able to repair appliances and almost anything on my own, I spoke with a few professionals I know(but can’t afford their services) and narrowed the problem down to a specific part. Doing an internet search for the part, it kept bringing me back to Marcone as having the item and actually being the lowest in price. After living in denial and trying other places, simply because I have never had any luck here, but not finding the item anywhere close by, I caved and went here. I was actually greeted right away by a new face(woman) and explained what I was looking for and not expecting too much in return. Well, the woman knew exactly what I wanted and told me she gets lots of orders for this particular part and for that reason keeps them in stock. She was extremely knowledgable with the install, explaining what my pals already had to me and actually knew what she was talking about. She even put me in the computer system and told me that ithe part had a lifetime warranty and if it went bad and I didn’t have my receipt, they had my info in the computer. I was in shock, I actually was walking away with what I needed, the first time in at least 6 tries or more. I gave them 3 stars, because until things like this happen on a more regular basis, I am not sold on them just yet. Stay tuned, to be continued…
