The manager/​supervisor (?) Jessica (red hair) is amazing. She went out of her way to be courteous and her customer service skills are on point. There was a mix up with my order and she was so nice and accommodating. Good job!

What can I say? There are so many tasty items that you will be able to satisfy your current gastronomic needs regardless of what they are. Try the smothered burrito and spicy tostadas.

I went through the drive through this past Friday July 17^th. Receipt said 1:18 AM. I got home 10 minutes later to see that [SHOCKING] they forgot food that I’d paid for. I called them to let them know I’d be on my way, the phone rang for over a minute with no answer. Which immediately pissed me off. FIRST off, they purposely had it so dark so you can’t even tell when they ARE open at night. There was no lit up ‘open’ sign! I just pulled up hoping to hear a voice on the other line. Anyway, I went back and this time the light pointing to the drive thru was dim. It was 1:45 AM. I sat at the order screen for a while with nobody coming on to speak to me. Of course, only getting more frustrated I pulled up to the window, and saw two men inside, the older one who was at the window the first time, and a younger one going into another door. I got out of my car and knocked on the window. The older of the two shook his head ‘no’ and so I lifted up my receipt. Finally, he came over to the window and I told him he forgot my food, and he apologized, handing me what I didn’t get. We asked what time they close, instead of giving me a time he said ‘now’. Which come to find out was actually suppose to be 2AM… However they decided to close early, ignore their phones during DEAD, business hours, and just close up shop before the stated time. I will not return to this Taco Bell. BAD BUSINESS. If you’re open, leave the lights on! Management should be on top of this here.

It is taco bell and just like other locations it is a love hate with them! What I do find frustrating is that they always close when they feel like it! Sometimes at 11 sometimes at 11:30, no set time and even though the sign shows business hours they don’t follow them. 3 times I have come here before their closing time and all 3 times they have been inside but closed the drive through and the walk in. Frustrating!

Woman who helped us was friendly and helpful, food was very warm and good — probably one of our best TB experiences.

This is my first review. Usually I don’t care much to write reviews, but tonight this specific Taco Bell location just pressed the wrong buttons.
Well, I guess I should take it back a couple months to when I tried going through the drive-​thru without realizing they were two minutes to closing. I was trying to decide what to order and when I finally said «Hello?» they informed me that they were closed. Alright, well my fault anyway.
Then tonight I went back with my boyfriend and there was no line whatsoever. I haven’t been to Taco Bell for quite some time since the last time I went, they were closed (see above). We don’t usually go to Taco Bell, but my boyfriend was craving a quesadilla.
I was looking at the menu (which is ridiculously messy to read) when the lady came on asking us if we were ready. My boyfriend asked for a moment and she said okay. About thirty seconds later, she goes «are you ready yet?» which surprised me, but I just told my boyfriend to give his order. I decided not to order anything at that point, their menu is ridiculously busy! We pulled forward and the cashier goes «do you want any– you don’t want any sauces.» Uhh what? Okay… I guess not since it’s a quesadilla anyway… Then she proceeds to give us a small bag and told us «we ran out of medium bags so we folded it in there.» shut the window and walked away. Hm. This experience reminded us of why we don’t go to Taco Bell.

If I COULD give this a lower star I would.
After a couple years of trying this location I finally realized I’m the sucker.

The food is terrible. Hardly any steak in my burrito. It was just full of wet beans and sauces. Ya talk about a loaded burrito. Loaded with sour cream and avacado thats it. Everything else here blows. Ive given it a few tries but everytime i eat here its like ughh that isnt good. Customer service is great.

The food at this location is par-​for-​course in comparison to other Taco Bells. I have never been inside this location so therefore cannot comment on that. However, I have been through their drive-​thru a couple times now and they are s-​l-​o-​w. Nearly each time they have even apologized for the wait. I am not sure if they are short staffed a lot or what but I wouldn’t go through if you are looking for «fast» food.

After forgetting my card and ordering food. A wonderful and incredible employee, Nancy covered the rest of my food and wrote me a sweet letter of encouragement in my meal. Sweetest kindest moment I’ve ever had in fast food. Everyone should go here.

I try not to review fast food because there is nothing special to review. But sometimes it s necessary. This morning we decided to go get Taco Bell breakfast for the first time because we just needed a quick on the run breakfast. We went inside, the majority of tables had dried food smeared over them, the store had only been open for an hour and a half at this point. The ‘manager’ was a young girl that told us that the breakfast was just ‘Eh’. Gee, way to sell your product. While my breakfast crunch wrap did taste good, it was so cold, I had to warm it up when I got home. The Cinnabon balls were pretty good and my brother said the steak crunch wrap was better than the bacon one. All in all, there was no reason for the restaurant to be dirty and someone that is a manager should have a better attitude about their product, though she was nice in general, and why was the food so cold? We watched them make it! Oh well, only wanted to try the breakfast once, mission accomplished.

Literally no one came to the counter to take our order. We walked in, watched the employees shuffle around like zombies, and walked out. Horrible.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve been to this location, the food is never hot, the staff are unhelpful, and they sure don’t like to give a person any sauce with their food. I avoid this location even though it’s close to home. This place is just plain terrible, even for fast food.

Food was good & hot and timely

I come to this Taco Bell because it is very close to my work, however it seems like no matter what you order or what you tell them they seem to get it wrong. How hard is it to not put something on? It’s one less step. Just not gonna happen anymore

I love this taco bell great quality for the quality you’re purchasing and good food.

Good food, clean restaurant, and friendly helpful staff. Only bizarre thing is that they don’t have any plastic knives, so I had to eat my Mexican pizza with a fork only. Oh well…
Great location too…

I eat here so often, and have for years. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes its not. Service is usually fast. However my orders are made wrong all the time, which is infuriating. I fill out those surveys all the time and tried sending a complaint via email but never heard back. I guess I shouldn’t expect too much but since I go late at night when its not very busy I think it couldn’t be too hard to get the order right. I do always seem to get millions of sporks, but they seem very unwilling to part with the sauce. I almost always ask for extra sauce and usually get less than 10. I am dissapointed they dont have the new breakfast items at this location as I was really hoping to try them, maybe one day.
