I ordered a combo today and was asked to choose between medium and large. I wanted the smallest/cheapest option so I said medium, thinking those were the only options.(Some places don’t have a small, they call their small option«medium».) Afterwards I found out that small was also a choice that the cashier didn’t mention. That was a very underhanded attempt to trick me into an upsell. It worked, good for them, they got the extra 80 cents or whatever out of me. But they lost me as a future customer.

Since the remodel this place looks great. Service was friendly and fast and that is all you can ask for! One of the people even helped a elderly couple with bringing food and coffee to the table.

Love the remodeling of this location. Prior to its remodeling, I refused to come inside to eat here at all due to its lack of cleanliness and overall old fashion, morbid, outdated look. It seemed as if this location just gave up and didn’t care anymore. The staff too were just as sloppy and non caring as the place. But since this revamping, this location has come back to life. The true Wendy’s brand is shown through now starting with the great look and the new staff. Their food is also better than ever. My lettuce was crisp, absolutely no brown or wilted pieces and not the big hard center chunk either. The place is spotless and the staff is very helpful and cheerful. The bathrooms were immaculate too. The prices of the food did increase just a bit but someone has to pay for all the remodeling costs but the taste is worth it. Plus they give you a lot for your money. I wouldn’t even compare this Wendy’s location to its similar fast food restaurants. I wouldn’t even call Wendy’s here a fast food restaurant because it is absolutely nothing like those other 1s. The only downside to me is there is no free WiFi, no WiFi at all actually. Because of the revamping, I Definitely recommend this location now.

Wow, this place has really cleaned up. Love the new renovations! Plenty of staff working there. Ordered a couple of things from their value menu. Food was out fast and tasty. I may have to go back there more often.

My dad had a coupon for a burger from Wendy’s, so I went inside with him. One of the cleanest, classiest looking Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Pristine really. Too bad Wendy’s still has Wendy’s quality food. Fries were limp and absurdly greasy(even for french fries), so much so that when you bit into them there wasn’t even a crunch, just a soft squishy fry with grease gushing and leaking out of the torn tired pores of the potato skin.

I love Wendys… I love Baked Potatoes… But it boggles my mind when I say Loaded Baked Potato(as I never knew they did this & was actually TOLD by a Wendys employee) that I still have to explain what Loaded means… Really? The same kid has been working here for like 10 years and he is nice as anything, but I think just needs a good raise as he is here ALLTHETIME… Dont get the remodel with the only 1 window, but they must have figured the 2 was a waste.

This location has been completely overhauled recently. It’s got a whole new setup and décor. I went a few weeks ago and my food was ready by the time the cashier finished giving me my change. Hopefully that quality and level of service keeps up because I love Wendy’s and I want them to succeed.

This Wendy’s was recently either renovated or completely rebuilt. Either way, it’s now the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t east fast food often, but when I do it’s usually Wendy’s. This particular location is incredibly nice/clean inside, and my customer service was superb. There are also chairs without tables, just to… hang out at Wendy’s? Not sure, but there are fake fireplaces and multiple HDTV’s. Check it out if you’re in the area and need a quick bite.

Oh yes, the Wendy’s on the parkway. I love Wendy’s, even more so than McDonald’s. So I’m here as often as I can. Location: It couldn’t get any better. It’s right on Revere Beach Parkway, in front of Stop & Shop. You can’t miss it. It’s not very T-friendly though(its a walk from Everett Ave and the 112 bus). Store: The store is nice. It’s an older Wendy’s(for years this was the only one around!). maybe 1990s-era Wendy’s. The store is always clean, as are the dining room, and rest rooms. The kitchen is designed where it can be seen from the ordering counter, so you can watch your food cook. AND the drive thru is open until 3 am daily. Selection: Typical Standard Wendy’s Fare. Square Hamburgers, Chicken Nuggets, Fries, etc. Food is always hot and always freshly made. Never an issue there. Price: Not too bad considering it’s location. On par with nearby Wendy’s pricing(Suffolk Downs & Middlesex Ave locations). Staff: It’s rare that I go inside, as I am usually using the drive thru. The people at the drive thru are OK. courtesy, graceful. I don’t think I could ask for much more. Service: Service is the one thing I’m going to knock off points. If I go inside, it is slower than molasses to get my food. And it isn’t much better in the drive thru. They have gotten my order wrong a few times(I always check before pulling out of the parking lot because of this), but corrected it. I think my biggest complaint about this Wendy’s is the service-related issues. But this appears to be a Wendy’s wide thing(as the drive-thru at the Suffolk Downs store is just as slow). If they could fix that, it would be perfect. Overall, I’ll be back. The food is hot and good, and that’s what matters. So I’m rating this Wendy’s four stars.

If you have an hour to spare, go stand in line here. That’s how long it’ll take to order. It may look like it won’t take long because there are only 2 people in front of you, but you’re mistaken. If you’re expecting the customer service to be as bad as the wait, you’re wrong… it’ll be worse. My boyfriend gets tempted to stop here after we go grocery shopping at stop and shop so we go there sometimes. I typically want to pull all of my hair out when we go, though.

Shame on me for not checking the contents of my bag before I pulled away from the Wendy’s drive-thru. That being said, how do you forget to put fries in a kids meal? There are only three components(unless otherwise requested) to remember: the burger(or nuggets), the toy, and the FRIES! The tasty, tasty fries! Once I realized the fries were missing, I was too far away to go back. I have nothing against Wendy’s itself, just not impressed with this particular experience.

This is one of the better Wendy’s in the Boston Area. The staff is pretty friendly which is always a plus when you are getting fast food. It is always clean which is a big plus. The location is good and you can always get a spot in the lot.

My grandmother and I usually grab something on the way home from Stop & Shop. I’ve worked at a Wendy’s, so I know how EASY every position is in that damn place. For some reason, these people can’t get it together. The food is always gross. Like… REALLY gross. The fries are way too old to serve and have SOMUCHSALT. Holy salt, Batman! Like seriously… The burgers are frickin’ greasy and cold. If you’re asking yourself«Why does she continue to go here if it’s so bad?» Because I’m an IDIOT, that’s why! The convenient location gets us every time. If you go here, don’t go through the drive through, go inside. That way you can check your food before you leave and have them fix it. This place is sorry as hell.

The staff are chronically incompetent at best and seem to have a total disregard for the customers. In 5 years I have not had a single good experience with this Wendy’s. In some cases, the food has been dry, cold, or otherwise below the standards of similar chain restaurants. In others, I have actually received moldy food. The staff did not seem to be able to handle such issues well either. They met my complaints with apathetic, uncaring attitudes, and it took at least 10 minutes of arguing just to get them to give me a refund. They have overcharged me on several occasions. The management seemed just as uncaring as their employees. Even when I attempted to contact Corporate and take this above and beyond local management, I ran into issues. At first, they instead gave me a store manager’s number instead of the corporate number, and the store manager refused to return my phonecalls. This happened on a second occasion nearly 2 years later; this time I learned to try calling the number while still at the register, and ask for the correct number when the one they gave me didn’t work. Overall this Wendy’s is NOT worth going to. You will be treated without respect and have a much higher chance of getting substandard food.

Conveniently located next to the Stop and Shop in Everett, MA. Pretty much what you’d expect in a Wendy’s! It has a drivethrough. The guy taking orders didn’t seem to understand how to work the microphone, and as a result was hard to understand + had understanding me, but the order went quickly, and the food was like at any other Wendy’s. I’d go here again, sure.

Francisco, who works the first window at the drive-thru during weekday lunchtimes, is the best employee of a fast food restaurant that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my long and fast food rich life. His air of cheerful confidence, and the fact that he has been there for quite some time, lead me to assume that he is probably a manager of some sort. I stop by here for a #8 more often than I’d like to admit, and most of the time Francisco is there. He will have the appropriate change in his hand by the time you pull up to the window, just in case you want to pay with cash. If you prefer to use a major credit card he will thank you by name when he hands it back. I’ve had meals that cost ten times as much served to me with less care and attention. Other than that its just like any other Wendy’s. Frosties and crispy chicken nuggets.
