So I am gonna try to write this review here and explain my 3 stars. Ok, first I agree with my friend here Theresa about the customer service. It is bad and I really hope they fix the problems because the place seems like a family owner restaurant and its new so I prefer to think that they are putting their shit together. Ok, so… I ve ordered from this place a couple of times, the food is cheap and its in front of my job but it still takes 40−50min to get there and I know the place is not busy, I can see thru my window and you know most of the food is ready, they probably have to make the meat but the food is ready. Three or four times that I call I was unable to to talk to anyone in the restaurant to place my order. They answer the phone and it sounds like there is a zoo there. There is no customer service but again, I think there is a whole family working there. Once I try ordering online, I already new how they are. I new that it was hard to order over the phone for some reason, so i ordered online(dont remember the site) and I choose to pay cash because I was afraid to put my card(I usually pay with card) and it was the best decision in life hahaha because the food never came. After some hours the web site called me asking if I received the order, saying that they tried to contact the restaurant and they were unable to talk to them. Again, the WEBSITE called me. Now, the food. The pizza is good in my opinion. The plate… well they have a lot of options but I wanna talk about the beans, you know Im brazilian and i eat beans and rice if possible every single day, I know a good bean hahaha. I know if the beans are expired just to see it and to smell it and honey I can tell you, the beans over there(sometime) are NOT expired, but are about to, do you know how? The taste and the smell, its like when that happen at home we say: this beans are still okaaay, eatable, but tomorrow its gonna be expired, and what happen the next day? It expires. So. It might be ok to do this at home, but dude not at you restaurant, really. Some people are used to eat beans and the stomach will not feel the difference but some people are not and can get sick with this. This is disgusting. Same thing happened with the farofa which is cassava flour and eggs, it was expire Im pretty sure. Now the rest of the food its good, the meat, the chicken are good. The chicken soup its good but not perfect. Im mean that soup its a brazilian tradition, you have to do it right. They put a looot of water on that thing.

When I went to give this restaurant a review, I realized that they weren’t listed yet. My experiences with them were so bad that I had to add this business in order to warn people. The problem here is not the food, which is delicious, it is the delivery service and the complete lack of customer service. I tried to order from here about a month ago using GrubHub. I paid for my food and kicked back and waited for it to arrive. Apparently they never answered the phone to confirm the order so it was canceled. I chalked it up to a bad day and tried again a couple of weeks ago. My food took about an hour and a half to get here even though I was told 50 minutes. I am about 2.5−3 miles from this place, so I figured there must have been traffic. Yesterday was the last straw as far as delivery goes for this place. I ordered food at 2:54 and I received it at 5:01. This is totally unacceptable. Keep in mind that GrubHub felt so bad that they gave me $ 5 food bucks to ease my pain. They called the restaurant to see what the problem was and there was no answer. It took her about 15 – 20 minutes to get an answer and the time that was quoted was far off. Once I got my lunch that crept its way into becoming my dinner I was so frustrated. The food was delicious, but I vow to never order from here again. I figure the next time I want it I can take the bus there, eat my food and take the bus home faster than they can deliver it.
