I haven’t been to this location in years. I went today and I will never go back. There were long lines and the cashiers moved extremely slow. It took one cashier almost 2 minutes to put clothes in a bag. My cashier, Helena, did not smile once and seemed angry during my whole transaction. I changed my mind about some items and That upset her even more. We asked a lady if they sold Nike and she took us around the entire men’s area instead of asking someone for help. She kept stating that she normally works in accessories. We eventually walked away because I was tired of following her around. I will never shop there or the new mall when it opens.

Haven’t been here in years, well kept quality store! Needs more associates for customer inquiries

They’re surviving in spite of the closed stores in the mall because they offer QUALITY merchandise! Those cheap, low-caliber stores don’t attract customers that demand quality, well-made clothing and accessories for the entire family that Carsons has. Hope they hang-in there and anchor the rumored«new» mall to come. Discerning customers will continue to patronize Carson’s.

Not a bad store a lot of yellow dot items. I think they are going out of business though because everyone seemed like they were kind of depressed and there was not a lot of foot traffic. Also the mall that it is attached to has shut down.
