Horrible !!! Bakery sucks ass employees suck dick! The customer service unbelievably horrid! I will never ever come here again

We received a gift for our daughter on Christmas from Sam’s Club. We were given a gift receipt and used it since the toy broke in less than 5 mins. The employee refused to work with my husband because we are not members. Then he pulled out a one day pass and then she decided she could scan the gift receipt. Well the product is not sold at that particular location. She told him she could not help. My husband pulled a manager and he said it could be returned there regardless of location and membership. It took my husband to pull up the price on their website for a refund. We got cash back because after this poor service why would anybody shop here? I mean they even tried to get us to buy a membership after treating us like garbage.

Wow the bakery department is probably the worst in costumer service. I ordered a cake a week ago. They promised it would be ready at noon … It’s 2pm and the cake is not even ready. Wow i need my cake for free.

I used to enjoy shopping here but, recently regret it. The meat section is always under stocked with expired or nearly expired items and the produce is not good. Im going to have to try another location.

Hilarious! My husband wanted to come here again. A store employee came up to me and told me my 7 year old daughter cannot touch the medicine. She pointed at the medicine in the aisle and waved her hand towards all of it and said she cannot touch any of it. I was in the medicine aisle getting Motrin for my son. My daughter standing right next to me. As I look at her wondering why she told me this and with a look of bewilderment. Like how can she reprimand my daughter when she has not done anything, yet.
The store employee proceeded to tell me I am telling you this so they won’t tell you anything. She tells me that a couple of days ago an 8 year old girl opened a bottle of medicine to count it as her mother was in the washroom. Mind you my daughter is standing next to me. She also let me know that all of the members were upset about that situation and that it was not the girls fault but the parent. Also, said that the number of pills is printed on the package and why could the 8 year old just not read that. I walked away feeling awkward. Well at least I cannot complain and I got some sort of service that day.
My question is who are they? I will forever be mortified with this question. Next to as why does Zacatacos not give me beans with my nachos or why does my washer eat one of my socks.

I will drive to tinley to shop at Costco b4 ever joining Sams club again. Customer Service sucks and the produce is bad within a days period.

didnt have any interaction with the employees cuz i just came here 2 look for 1 thing & they had it! woooo hoooooo! other sams didnt have peach ciroc but this location did so i was super happy! it was closing time when we were checking out & the lines were long. they opened up another register while we were in line & i jumped in it so we could get outta there!

I went here to get some tires for my car. Right off the bat just by the body language I saw that the lady that work that section didn’t want to deal with me. She was really rude and acted like I was bothering her. Excuse me for making you do your job. I told her finally that I didn’t like her aptitude and I walk out. Don’t bother trying to get any costumer service here, you will not get it. Horrible store with rude people.

This was a nice Sam’s club now it’s poor C.S.and the staff is so rude. This store needs a staff makeover bad. asap.

It’s Sams Club so what do you expect, real customer service? Its what it is, a place for party food, liquor and toilette paper.
