my husband and i really enjoyed dinner sitting outside. we had the bbq shrimp for the appetizer — very good sauce. the mini«pancakes» were ok, i would have preferred they be more like the«regular sweet corn bread»(esquite de maiz). The camarones al ajo were awesome — very tasty, the sauce had a hint of chipolte and lime and creamy. My husband got the combo, the shrimp enchilada had a very good sauce and I was surprised with the relleno as well, very good cheese filling.

Craig and I joined two friends who live in Evergreen and frequent Bistro Blue often! They went to it when it was Soho as well! We really enjoyed it and the service! They had half price bottles of wine so we drank two! And then they corked it up again when we could not finish the second one. We enjoyed appetizers: Nadie had clams, I had Rare Ahi Tuna Stack, Craig had a corn chowder, and Lonnie had Oysters on the half shell. All the appetizers except for the Oysters were enough for dinner! I LOVED my ahi tuna! It was so fresh and tender. And so pretty as well. I believe the website has a picture of it! For dinner, I had the Curry Hot Pot which was a curry sauce full of a variety of seafood. It was wonderful and succulent. I wish I could get it right now! Nadie had a salad. I can’t recall what Lonnie and Craig had but they really enjoyed it! For dessert I had a peach cobbler. I was disappointed because the peaches were crunchy, not soft and were probably not ripe when they made it. A very small scoop of ice cream was fine because I didn’t finish the peaches. Lonnie had the Molten Cake. YUM. I didn’t try it but it LOOKED good! I was sad that the place was not packed, but it was only Wednesday evening at 7pm. Maybe it’s a sleepy town during the week.
