Have mixed feelings about giving 5 stars only because I don’t want this place discovered by the masses Michelle has taught me more about wine in such short of a time that my brain is spinning The atmosphere, the wine, and the exceptional food is a rarity It’s the whole package Tips Order the antipasto platter Feeds 4 easily Ask for a table outside And say hello to Michelle! Lastly, wine is wonderful

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is breathtakingly gorgeous, the service is perfection, the food is brilliant and the wine is intricate and delicious. The staff here puts love into everything they do and it’s noticeable in every detail. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful place to take my mom for lunch and will joyfully be venturing back in the near future! Creekside you are worth the hour drive! Thank you for being in existence!

This place is fantastic! I went for lunch with my family recently and was so impressed with the quality and portion size of the menu options. I had the apple & tart cherry salad which was amazing and my husband got half of the black & bleu panini, which was huge! It was as big as a full sandwich at most restaurants plus you get a side. The wines are also very good — I had the Winemaker’s Flight which was a great value, the Robusto was my favorite! We will definitely be back!

I LOVE this place. The sandwiches are delicious, as are the salads. It’s a great lunch spot. And the wine was really good! I’m not sure what I expected, but I am super psyched that this place exists in Evergreen. Picking up a bottle of wine as a fun local gift is handy and fabulous as well. The owners and staff that I’ve experienced have all been really friendly and wonderful as well.

This is our new favorite winery in the Front Range. All the wines we tasted were delicious and well made. We especially loved the Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Robusto. The food was fantastic and we loved the vegetarian options. We went on a busy Friday afternoon but were still treated nicely for our wine tasting and immediately accommodated when we decided we wanted to stay for lunch.(I honestly don’t see where all the negative reviews about poor service came from.) We enjoyed everything so much that we signed up for the membership club and took a few bottles home with us that day. I signed up for the email alerts also and we went back again when they had a vegetarian lasagna for their daily special. So good! It’s over an hour drive for us each way, but it’s totally worth it! I highly recommend this place.

LOVELY place in Evergreen! Had a wonderful experience for lunch with my girlfriends on Saturday. Two of us enjoyed the special which was a Nicoise salad– that had a mountain of goodness on it. The ahi itself wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good. Everyone loved their meals. We also had the bread and olive oil, cheese plate, and the brussels sprouts– which were fantastic. We ordered 2 bottles of wine– the Cab Franc and the Merlot(My personal favorite was the Cab Franc). Both are quite tasty! If you’re into whites, the Viognier is really nice. It was full at 1:00 on Saturday so definitely make reservations and you won’t be disappointed in this fabulous spot by the creek.

I’m not sure why we hadn’t tried this place yet, but we seem to be on a roll with finding new favorite spots in Evergreen. We went with a party of 8, had attentive service and a great time. The wines were all great, made with grapes grown in Colorado! Food options were plentiful. No need for a whole sandwich unless you are starving, the half sandwich and ability to upgrade to speciality salad on the side is nice. This will be a go to spot for us for a cozy lunch this winter or in the summer a seat out on the patio.

Really enjoyed this winery! The wines were excellent(we did 2 flights: one red, one white) and all 8 tastes were delicious. For food we ordered sandwiches: the black and blue and the rosemary chicken — both came with a healthy side portion of pasta salad, but the sandwiches were just okay. My rosemary chicken had just a little too much rosemary on it, but thats just my opinion. You might love it. The atmosphere was nice, and although they didn’t have the outside patio open when we visited(I think because of the cold) the inside was really comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are really nice, which seems odd to mention because people don’t come here to get reviews on bathrooms — but these were really well maintained, really nice bathrooms! Now you know.

The people here are very friendly. Our waitress was very knowledgeable on wine. The view on the balcony is spectacular and they often have live music, even on weekdays. Their food is reasonably priced and served beautifully. The wine flights are a fun way to learn the qualities of their selection. I thought the Rosso was very good and found the Cabernet Franc spectacular.

This is a place you have to try… The deck over the river and the trees around the deck make it a near perfect setting. The food is really some of the best I have had… They obviously have a top chef at this place since everything we tried was just perfect. The tomato basil soup and fried burrata on a bed of arrugula drizzled with balsamic vinegar was a great start. You have to try the crispy Brussels sprouts served with a side of truffle mayonnaise, just amazing. The almond shortbread ice cream sandwich drizzled with salted Carmel sauce was also an awesome dessert. Oh yeah, and they have some great wine too!

First of all, I cannot imagine Evergreen without a place like this after having visited it. Really cute space, kept up quite nicely, and the patio area is a must if you are able to get a seat. If not, put your name down, give them your number while you window shop so that they call you when they are ready to sit you. If you came specifically for the wine tasting, be sure to be seated inside near the bar. That is where I understand the real tasting should take place. Besides the atmosphere, I was a bit disappointed with mainly the service from our waiter. The other waiters for the patio appeared to handle their tables quite nicely, but ours was absent more than we would have liked. I won’t let that experience taint my review too much though. Also, the wines might not have been my favorite, but they were palatable. Would go back to get more tastings in with the other wine options. I ordered the Reserve Flight while my wife sampled the sweeter-fare flight(forget the name given to her flight). For eats I ordered the Pâté while she had the Greek salad. I wouldn’t recommend the Pâté for just a single person, as it is quite rich without sharing with at least one or two other people. My wife isn’t a fan so it was just me. Her salad was quite robust, making a good meal. Our daughter didn’t feel completely left out, as she enjoyed her Shirley Temple and kids grilled ham sandwich. She also enjoyed the sights just off the patio over Bear Creek.

We had a nice lunch here the day we arrived and got a tour of the winery. everything tasted great including the Chardonnay. They had a guy playing live music, softly so it paired well with the soup and salads.

We live in Evergreen and probably won’t go back. My wife and friend waited about 15 minutes, were never even acknowledged by the waitstaff, and finally got up and left. And they weren’t even busy. Food is supposed to be good but we will never know.

These people have no clue what customer service is! Waited for over 5 minutes behind their«please wait to be seated» sign until I entered to further investigate. I was then asked«what can I do for you?» Hum I don’t know? Wine? Cheese? What else ya got besides a bad attitude? They were out of all but two whites and didn’t offer napkins or silverware until I had to go on a scavenger hunt, because my server was MIA. Sadly will not be going back.

I’m a local and Creekside is one of my absolute favorites; it’s just consistently awesome. The Rosso is a fabulously drinkable red that goes well with EVERYTHING. The food is always fresh and very carefully prepared; perhaps the best meal in Evergreen. If you can get it, find a seat along Bear Creek. It’s very peaceful, and is a great place to pass the time alone or with friends. During the lunch«rush», if one exists in Evergreen, be prepared for a little wait for seating because Creekside isn’t a very big place. That adds to its charm. My only niggle is that they’re only open for lunch. But that does make it a bit of a special treat. Their tomato basil bisque soup is always available, and it provides a nice, savory spice to go with the wine. The Rosemary Chicken panini and the Black and Bleu panini(new at the time of this writing) are my favorite dishes on offer. I’m a fit guy and the half sandwich is plenty for me, although I’m sure I could shoehorn a full one in somehow. When I have company in from out of town I make every effort to feed them here once. If you only get one lunch in Evergreen, it simply MUST be here.

The wine was good. The place is a little small but having a table by the creek is an plus. What I did NOT like was the little amount of attention taken to talk to us about the wines during the tasting. I walked out of there learning very little about the business and their wines. What makes your place better than the others? Why would I buy your wine vs just getting something at the liquor store? Make me feel like it’s more than just a place with a good location.

Returned here over the weekend and had a truly amazing lunch — this is definitely a little gem in the town of Evergreen and one I am surprised I haven’t reviewed before! We decided to start with the cheese board which came 6 cheeses and a large piece of ciabatta — this was amazing and a great way to start the meal. For three people, it was just perfect and not too filling. The list of cheeses was provided so that we knew what each was as we worked our way around the plate. For lunch, I chose a glass of the Syrah(AMAZING) and my aunt and I decided to split the Turkey Panini. Now, you have the option of splitting a whole sandwich or a half — we should have split the half. The sandwiches are HUGE and that is an understatement. Served with about a pound of meat, we didn’t come close to making a dent in it but it was delicious! My brother had the Roast Beef & Havarti — he also had the half sandwich and couldn’t finish it(which is saying a lot because that boy can eat!) and we all had the pasta salad which I highly recommend because it might be the best damn pasta salad I have ever had! It isn’t your traditional style, tossed in Italian dressing so it wasn’t oily at all but is served in some sort of cheese and while I don’t know what all is in it, it is just GOOD!!! We all commented that we just couldn’t stop eating it and finally I just threw my napkin over it because I was too uncomfortable to eat but kept picking at the pasta salad. I definitely recommend going when the weather is nice enough to sit on their deck, the view is just amazing but you can usually anticipate a wait — we waited about 35 minutes(of course, you can always do a wine tasting while you wait). This is a must-do if you are up in Evergreen!

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT customer service! Some friends and I came in as they were just closing, so we werent able to wine taste at the bar. However, they were so accommodating, they gave us a table out back on the patio. Great view of the creek and so peaceful here. They have alot of different flights available to taste. We had the one with all dessert wines. A few of them were very light tasting compared to the color and smell. Almost as if they were watered down. But the port was very tasty. We also had a red flight, but I cant remember which one now. But we enjoyed most of those as well! While the kitchen had already closed, we were given bread, olive oil, and olives to go with our wine. Everything was delicious. Even the olive oil with herbs was so flavorful by itself. We never once felt like we were rushed. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. We also got to find out a little bit about his life story. We had such a great experience, I cant wait to come back and spend the afternoon on the patio sipping wine!
