Service was a tad slow, but everything was delicious. The monte cristo was savory and sweet and super crispy, and the up a creek omelet was delicious as well. You wouldn’t think cream cheese in an omelet would be good, but it really really is.

The brunch was okay, but at the end of the meal I felt like I should have just made my own breakfast at home. Sloppy execution, so-so service and forgettable flavors.

We had an ok meal here-the food we had wasn’t all that impressive but I’d go back to try other things in the menu. I’m all for cozy but it was really cramped in here. The table we were originally asked to sit at was so cramped there was no physical way two people could have gotten into the chairs. The service was good and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

This restaurant has delicious! I found one world café looking for vegan vegetarian friendly dining, always a challenge in small mountain towns The service was great and the view was nice, it was fun looking over the town having breakfast My breakfast companion had the sausage and pepper eggs Benedict with spicy hollandaise sauce, he loved the sauce said the heat was great and the sausage was made in house I had the special which was an avocado boat with 2 poached eggs and onion over steamed spinach and kale with a side of hashbrowns, the special came with hollandaise sauce but I opted for the dairy free coconut curry sauce and so glad I did!!! It was delicious and I will not be surprised if we end up back there for dinner!

The food is so good but because of the terrible service we will probably not rush back

Love this place, Clean revolution!!! Grass fed beef, farm fresh eggs, organic mixed greens, hemp burgers, what’s not to like… Great at working with special dietary needs. Very hard to go out to eat with food allergies but they make it fun and enjoyable.

It was a hot day so we chose to sit outside in their tiny outdoor area. Hubby and I both had burgers which were great! They ran out of their brioche buns which we would have preferred but the wheat was ok too. Fries were mediocre. Service was friendly even though my drink was forgotten about at first. Would love to try this place for breakfast.

Excellent breakfast! Eggs Benedict with avocado makes the five star easy! Ciabatta French Toast was also outstanding.

I would love to write a review about the quality of the cuisine served at one world café, however I did not get the chance. Myself and a party of four other business associates met there for«Wednesday Mussel Night» after a long day. We were seated and at the table by 8:10, and at 8:30 we left when the server had still not taken a drink order. They were not busy, so I’m not exactly sure why the service was so horrendous. One of my associates said«Its just Evergreen.» I was hoping that one world would have provided a better experience, but the server thanked us for leaving. I guess they dont need the business.

We were just passing through evergreen and found this little gem online while searching for vegetarian options. Even at dinner time there was no wait. The food was the freshest I have had in awhile! Delicious crisp veggies in my Black Bean and Quinoa taco salad. My girlfriend got the wild caught salmon entrée and it looked amazing as well. She loved it. Full bar with a good mojito too. I hope I find myself back in Evergreen just so I can eat here again!

So we’ve been back 3 times and wine go back. I wanted to like this place, and while service was good, food has declined since my first visit. Last two times we are there, literally, not one thing was«good.» Mine was, well, slid to the site of the table after a few bites. My partner’s meal was more edible but still a disappointment. I wish I had time to detail which menu items and why we disliked then, maybe I’ll update later. SUM: people used to speak of this place as an Evergreen convention, something to try. Now I wouldn’t recommend it though, sorry to say.

Darn. Now my favorite burger place is in Evergreen. Right below the dam and what used to be the Dedisse Ranch many years ago. Interesting Colorado history. If this 100 year old dam with cracks all over it doesn’t fail while you are eating, you will be fine. But I digress. A great burger, really nice customer service, and a very odd setting. On your way in the door, on the lower level, you are actually in the kitchen. Take a look around. Is it clean enough for you? Some of it was a little suspect, but I have an iron stomach, so I went up the stairs to eat. The burger was great. The fries are great, and the atmosphere was rustic and relaxed. Worth a visit. Really friendly service.

Wonderful food and great service with Steven. Jelly was homemade and so was the sausage.

One World may be the best restaurant in Evergreen. Very friendly service from long-time staff, and a creative menu that is always perfectly executed. It can be tough to get in on weekends because it’s small but it’s DEFINITELY worth the wait if you have one. Consistent favorites include Gorgonzola and avocado burger(medium, with fresh fries), and the fish tacos. Everything is very fresh and flavorful. Beer taps are very limited but there’s usually a Colorado IPA and and amber or Kolsch available.

Went back with a friend in December. Had the Hemp burger with Avocado added. It was fantastic. I like their fries which are a little dark/burnt but I like them like that. I think the hemp burger is made fresh in house… it fell apart a little bit but it was delicious. My friend I think had biscuits and gravy for breakfast which she said was also good. Service was much more prompt this time around.

The best breakfast and lunch in Evergreen! Not to knock the other, more popular joint down the street — it’s very good, but One World is consistently better. The burger with house-made bacon jam is killer. The breakfast skillets are stellar. The service is always so helpful. One World is our favorite mountain café.

We just purchased a house in Evergreen and went to this place for breakfast one saturday morning. We had the French toast, Eggs Benedict and Scrambled eggs and hash browns. All I can say is… FANTASTIC! The food and the service were excellent! I can’t say enough about this little small fantastic restaurant… every dish was delicious and well made. This is going to be our new place!

What a cute little restaurant to stop at after a long hike! Has a hippie/bohemian feel to it, and all beef is grass fed and local. I had the gorgonzola and avacado burger. They hooked the avacado up! Probably had at least a quarter, if not more, of a whole avocado. Anyway, it was quite delicious, although their fries were nothing special. They also had quite a few(local) beers on tap, as well as breakfast drink specials.

I went here a few weeks ago and I am just now signing in to write a review. I have to say this was the best turkey sandwich I have ever had. It was called the 18er — turkey, bacon, avocado, sprouts, provolone, and garlic aioli on wheat toast. So delicious I didn’t really want to share. So when my husband wanted to switch plates we did for about 20 seconds. Mine was so much better than his breakfast burrito. He loved my sandwich but I wanted my plate back. Great service too! Great lunch! — We were moving and that lunch break was desperately needed. Thanks!
