The Wild Game largely outshines the movie theater that occupied the same space years ago! It was our first time in today and I was so pleasantly surprised with what I found inside. The concept is awesome, with really unique décor(which also matches the name«Wild Game») and fun games to boot. The games are exciting to play and they aren’t stingy about tickets either. Both my kids actually got«cool» toys with the tickets they won, rather than the crap you usually find in places like this. We didn’t get a chance to check out the bowling, but it looked like a blast as well, and we intend to go back to play. We did however get a chance to dine in the restaurant/bar. It’s a little confusing how it’s set up but fairly easy to find someone to help. Our waitress was friendly and told us all about the specials etc. which was really nice. We ordered the«Margarita Pizza» to share, wings and a grilled cheese for the littlest kiddo. The wings and pizza came out quickly and tasted great, however the grilled cheese for the kiddo was forgotten and then mixed up in translation and ended up being mac and cheese(still okay). The wait for the grilled cheese turned mac and cheese kind of sucked, but things happen. Overall, the service was decent and the food tasted fresh and flavorful. I am sooooo stoked that we finally have a place like this in town and plan to frequent it regularly.

I love everything about this place. The food is delicious and it is always consistent. We visit about once a week; it’s a great place to watch a football game, play games with the kids, or listen to a live band. The servers and bartenders are fun and enthusiastic. Order the honey BBQ chicken appetizer — yum!

Pleasantly surprised by our experience. It’s almost disorienting when you walk in to all the lights and noises from the games and TVs, but we found a couple of spots at the bar and settled in for food and drink. The chicken tenders were made with real chicken! Good flavor and crispy bits. We aren’t sure why it didn’t come with fries, but they were worth the $ 3. The green chili had nice chunks of pork that were tender and flavorful. The tortilla strips on top weren’t really needed as they became soggy, so perhaps the garnish needs some work. $ 4 for a 20oz Avery IPA on a Saturday night! Bowling had a long wait so we explored the arcade and ended up having lots of fun and winning enough tickets for some decent prizes. While we are still kind of bumbed there is no movie theatre in evergreen, this is a fun spot that isn’t too pricey.

While I wish this was still a movie theater, this place delivers on what it promises. The games are fun, the food was a surprisingly big step up from bar food and the beer selection was decent. This is a great little gem in he community, especially if you have kiddos. I also love that they had bocce ball and horse shoes!

Basically copying my review for the restaurant that’s inside The Wild Game… Yeah! Beer, food, & fun! This place used to be the ‘new’ Evergreen movie theater, but has been completely gutted and turned into what is basically a Dave & Busters style fun center. I really hope they find success in Evergreen. When I was a kid growing up there, we used to have to make the long commute to ‘FunPlex’ down by Southwest Plaza. They have lots of latest generation video games, bowling, shuffleboard, etc. Very fun!

This was our second time in and after having a bad experience with the server in the restaurant, we were skeptical about going back. We did and sat in the bar area/game room. 1. Put my name on the list for the pool table. They said they would call me as soon as it was available. I watched the couple playing ahead of me bring everything back. I watched the girl behind the counter stand there and do nothing for 15 minutes before I went back over to ask to everything. She wasn’t busy helping anyone. She was just leaning against the counter doing absolutely nothing. 2. Our server was not intrested in waiting on us. She was slightly busy and as someone who works in food industry I understand some days you just aren’t into working. However, our drinks sat empty for over 10 minutes, when she did come I also made it clear that we wanted to order some food and she asked to give her a couple of minutes even though she was taking a drink order from us. At this point we are annoyed, but willing to continue our experience and future ones as well. 3. When the food finally comes, both burgers are undercooked. NOONE checked on us until long after I finished mine(I was not so horrified about mine as my girlfriend was). When she did finally come over to check on us, I(more aggressively than needed) explained how poor the food was prepared and she said she would send the manager over. Instead of sending the manager over(or the manager choosing to not come over) they just comped the whole meal. I didn’t want that. I ate my whole meal, we both ate the entire appetizer, we both had 2 drinks. I only wanted the one burger that wasn’t eaten taken off, but since no one took the time to address the problem we left leaving $ 10 on $ 4.18. I felt like from beginning to end we were a nuisance on the ENTIRE staff, management included. Not only will we not be back, but I will make sure to tell everyone I know, and anyone who asks to not go there. Take the extra 20 minutes and go to Dave and Busters instead. So sad, because I’m all about supporting local business and as a local resident, I would prefer to not drive to the city but will from now on. Sincerely, severely disappointed fellow food service employees.

Great food, fun entertainment, nice facilities and a helpful, courteous staff all make this place a win. Greeted by the location manager Brandon upon coming in, I learned this used to be an old movie theater(used to have about 7 screens I think it was). The restaurant upon entering is to the left and has tables to sit and dine at, as well as a separate bar area(love the wall decoration here) that’s nice for casual dining. Food is moderately priced and has very good & tasty options. There’s also a small wine tasting area near, which seems nice for a small, private event. There was a larger banquet room too, so this could seem like a good place for an event like sports team banquet or party. Games: video games, seems like they had a great selection. I asked the kids we were there with(coworker’s daughters birthday party) and they all seemed to enjoy them and were happy with what they played. Bowling had no wait on a Friday night(slow, summer crowd) but most of the 8 lanes were full($ 10/bowler/hr; shoes for rental; socks to buy if you forgot them). Also there’s a bocce/bags court, ping pong table, bar shuffleboard, big buck, golden tee, basketball arcade games all indoors, and a horseshoe pit outside(they have leagues and horseshoe specific events/tournaments). Some of these games cost extra and are charged by the hour. If you give them your ID, there’s probably an hourly charge for it. A server did not tell my friend this regarding us playing horseshoes, but the manager made this right by offering to correct the error. Servers Bo & Bill were excellent attendants behind and outside the bar located at the back of the location(this is the 2nd bar in this location, separate from the other up front). I asked the specials which Bo rattled off easily and being from out of town, wanted a sample of a local beer he recommended(great suggestion: Fire Rock). He asked for my ID and that’s something I appreciated: Not the age compliment, but when an employee does things properly. Very important, and if you own a business, you know what I mean. Bill made sure that while outside for our whole time throwing horseshoes, we had full drinks, extra napkins for the food ordered, and everything else we needed too. I got the Bergen burger, which I highly suggest you try if you want a good burger(extra onion straws!). Definitely recommend this place for a work get together, birthday party, some great happy hour specials and a generally good time. Bathrooms were kept very clean and well maintained. ATM on location. Ample parking. Check them out!

For a fun game place like this, the food is surprisingly good. We have always done well with the burgers and sandwiches, and the fries are as good as McDonald’s! Great wine selection as well. So nice to have a place for the adults to go and the kids can have fun at the same time.

Wonderful atmosphere in the restuaraunt. Thus place includes an excellent game room including bowling lanes. The layout in a renovated movie theater really utilizes space well. Howdver… the meal was average for the prices, and the newby waiter actually –after being asked to bring the check asked, «Do you want to see it?» Extending the check booklet towards my spouse. We had to refrain from laughing. It was hilarious…

I’ve never had good food here, but for games and kid-friendly activities, it’s a welcome addition to Evergreen. With a little time, it should get even better. We wanted to bowl one night and without having made a prior reservation, we ended up waiting around for a half hour while 6 lanes stayed empty, waiting for parties to show up. That could be managed better. But the kids have a lot of fun there. I hope they stick around Evergreen!

We recently moved to the Evergreen area and had passed by the Wild Game building almost every day but had no idea what it was. I was happily surprised to find it was a kind of toned down version of Dave and Buster’s with much better food! We went on a friday night and while it was busy it wasn’t completely packed. We brought our 2 kiddos, 2 and 6 months and the restaurant was accommodating. Food was above average(i had the burger and my husband had the steak) and moderately priced. We went to the arcade after and my 2 year old had a blast. Downsides — Does not have a coat check so there is really no place to stash your stuff while you play games. Also, the games do not dispense tickets, instead it loads onto a card which takes all the fun out of hitting the jackpot which my daughter did. I get why they do it, it is just fun to wait for the 1000 tickets to pour out while everyone watches :) We will definitely be back as it is a good spot to have family time.
