Balloon Twisters Hawaii is AWESOME! Saw him twice at previous parties and I hired him for my son’s 1^st birthday party this past weekend. Not only did the kids enjoy it BUT even the adult audience had fun! Thank you Richard for being a part of our son’s 1^st birthday.
Definitely would recommend him to friends, family, and even strangers! Package deals are awesome and Balloon Twisters not only has them but also gives you the option to mix & match. Salamat! Mahalo! Arigato! Gracias!

I booked balloon twisters Hawaii for my son Kingston’s first birthday yesterday (08÷08÷15). Everything went smoothly from booking to the end of the party. We had the package deal which included emcee, music, balloon twisting and magic show. I really liked the program (emailed to me prior to the event), and that they helped the prtt move along just fine. My guests complimented that he was super funny and had a great show. I would definitely consider him for future events. Thank you again Richard! You guys are awesome!

We actually didn’t know we were getting Richard Bautista at Balloon Twisters Hawaii at first… we booked him through an awesome package deal from his brother Eric at Party Pix Hawaii. I started party planning for Brooklyn’s 1 year birthday party waaaaaayyyyy too late, so I was scrambling to find some way to entertain the almost 100 people that RSVP’d yes.
Enter Party Pix Hawaii to the rescue! The booking process was very simple (I’m so surprised to read any bad reviews!!! Come on guys… Richard works full time as a public school teacher and continues with his heroic ways by making kids and adults crack up on his days off. Let’s cut him some slack. I’d recommend if you can’t get through to him, try book the package through Party Pix Hawaii… it’s probably a better deal anyway and you won’t regret it)
The price was right at just over $ 1500 for 2 hours of balloon twisting, a nicely decorated stage, DJ and music and a 2 hour magician /​comedy show, and an open air photo booth with props, unlimited photos and social media kiosk. WOW! Yes, you read that right…
I was too busy running around to make it to the balloon station on the day of the party, but everyone that got a balloon seemed to love it. The kids were all running around chasing each other with balloon swords and shooting balloon bows and arrows. I swear there was even a balloon machine gun that one of the tweens had. (what happened to the good olé’ days of pikachus and unicorns? LOL!) Many adults were sporting Minnie Mouse ears… making me regret not waiting in line for my very own set. He tracked me down to give me an Elmo balloon for Brooklyn though (her theme was Elmo /​Sesame Street). Awwwww! Major points!
Then came the magic /​comedy act…
Richard was funny… his act was good clean fun, and he could improv right along. He had all the kids sitting up front by the stage and kept their interest (from 3 year olds to the aforementioned tweens, wow! Not an easy feat). We had to «voluntell» 2 of our adult guests to be a part of the act and they were good sports about it. Richard had the entire room laughing out loud, and I had several guests tell me over the next couple of days, how much they enjoyed the act. It also came with his message of «If you believe, you can achieve!» to the kids. He incorporated the Happy Birthday song at the end, so we could cut Brooklyn’s cakes, etc. The highlight (for us) was when he made a special birthday hat of balloons as part of the show for her.
All in all, I’d highly recommend Balloon Twisters Hawaii and Party Pix Hawaii. I had hired another vendor who was really good at his own craft, but these guys stole the show. Actually, they made the entire party a huge success… so if you are like me and want to make your life easy, trust that their package deal with the photo booth is probably all the entertainment you’ll need for a birthday party! I’ve started contacting balloon Twisters Hawaii since February to reserve them for my son’s first birthday in July. I understood that Richard is a teacher and he could only answer after 5pm. Not a problem. I sent emails and I called after 5 and left a voicemail. No calls or email back. A week later, I called again 3 more times on 3 different days and he finally answered. I told him I would need balloon services only and he told me to call the balloon guy named Jason. I must have left about 6 voicemails and til this day, I have not received a call back from Jason. My mother in law is blessing my son with a face painter at the party so again, we tried contacting Richard to see if we could reserve them for face painting and balloon twisting. My mother in law and I called and left voicemails for 2 weeks and only when we finally decided to go with Adventure Balloons, Richard finally called back. 2 months too late. $ 50 more and you get more creative balloon designs and really nice airbrushing with Adventure balloons. 1 star was generous but 0 stars isn’t an option.

We hired Richard for our daughter’s 1^st Birthday party and he did a spectacular job! We got the magic show and emcee package and it was well worth it. The guests, children and adults, were entertained throughout the whole party. Weeks after the party, I was still getting compliments on how great he was!
Richard was very organized, from the beginning when I first contacted him to the very end. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and even provided us with an emcee program to fill out. He truly made the party flow without any problems and made it that much stress-​free for us so we could enjoy the day. There is a reason why he is celebrating his 20^th year in entertainment this year — he is truly awesome and I highly recommend him for your party entertainment. You will not be disappointed! And as a side note, he also does balloons and has packages with Party Pix Hawaii (photo booth). You can see my review for them as well.

Richard and Eric Baitista did an AMAZING job for my son’s first birthday and Christening you can never ever find someone who can EMCEE that can actually perform a magic show and run a balloon twisters booth and run a face painting booth and run a photo booth at the same time we had a crowd that was filled with elderly FILIPINO people and children and they all absolutely loved them! with compliments and lots and lots of laughs. They were very professional in contacting me especially Richard with the program and Eric has done such a professional job in making the layout of my sons photo in the photo booth! My mom is a very hard person to please and she was laughing the whole time the magic show was going on. I would definitely most definitely hire them for any other occasion and I will! Five stars are rated for such EXCELLENT service, OUTSTANDING professionalism, & EPIC show!!! We will never forget how grateful and how happy we are to have them for my sons first birthday and baptismal Christening! thank you Richard & Eric for such a beautiful & memorable birthday party!!!

Richard is awesome! It helped having his services throwing our 1^st child’s 1^st birthday party. We had a huge party over 350 guests and by having to order a face painter, photo booth, characterer artist, his magic show (which was the hit of the party where he enlisted our father in law and cousin on stage. We were dying of laughter) it was such a blessing to have every service provided for u and not having to research for references. The face painter was so awesome! The kids really enjoyed her! Eric, Richard’s brother for the photo booth was top knotch!
We enjoyed having them so much we enlisted them for our 2^nd son’s birthday party this past June. We love having their services and maybe we should have another kid just to have another party and hire them again! Ive highly recommended them to numerous friends and the magic show was such a hit people have been talking about it ever since our 1^st sons party back in dec of 2011! Keep up the great work guys! Booked Richard to do my sons party Sept. 2010 my guests loved his show! The kids had fun «ordering» their balloons. Hes a fun mixture of fun and laughs. Great emcee as well. Keeps the guests entertained. Never a dull moment.

I got the emcee, magic show, balloon twisting, tattoo/​face painting, and photo booth all for under 2 G’s. Thats a great deal compared to my older son’s 1^st birthday which i paid a arm and a leg. Thank you Balloon Twisters Hawaii for keeping my guests entertained.

His baloon twisting looks like its great but he is very unprofessional. His website states that he will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours which is untrue… matter of fact we sent him multiple messages via facebook and email and he didnt get back to me at all… I do not recommend this company to anyone for services… I am happy with balloon monsoon… they were great…

Richard is the all around go-​to guy! You need a Magician who does balloon twisting while DJ-​ing and emceeing and photo booth and face painting and caricature?! Ok ok… well not all at ONCE! But surely he’s a one stop shop. You’re not only gonna find everything you want regarding party entertainment but you will also find a comedian! He’s great to work with. We had my sons first birthday this past weekend at Oahu Veterans Center and all of my guests were raving about his show!
I got a deal via his website for a package that included…
MC, Music, Balloon Twisting & a 1 hour magic show but I believe everyone was having so much fun it lasted longer =)
He went out of his way to help me out with our jungle backdrop that kept falling down! & if it wasn’t for him we would have had to CANCEL our slide show because we didn’t have the proper adapter! He came to the rescue with the correct plugs and saved the night.
I would refer him to any and all of my friends.
He is busy as he has a full time day job during the week so EMAIL is best or call in the evenings on the days he lists on his voice mail.
Even if you cant get a hold of him rite away he is so worth it & he will call you or email you back.
I loved that he had a agenda for me to fill out so we had a schedule for the party. He followed it while he did his MC thing throughout the night.

My first experience seeing Balloon Twisters Hawaii today at a b-​day party for my friends 1 yr old daughter… and it was great! Richard’s entertainment skills are top notch. The magic act is very fun for the children and the comedy along the way has the adults in full-​on laughter.
People are more receptive to public service messages when posed in a positive environment. During the magic show, kids are encouraged to «read to succeed» and «never give up». This message is not just for the kids but the parents as well! We all need to encourage and inspire our children to excel. One does not expect this from a silly magic show and balloon guy but with Balloon Twisters Hawaii you’ll certainly receive it.

Seriously, who can MC while twisting balloons and prepare for his magic show all in one swoop? You got it from Balloon Twisters Hawaii.
I have seen Richard in action in his shows, MCing a few baby bday parties, grad parties, and even MCing our school functions and he has always been a crowd pleaser.
And yes, I have seen other «magic» shows, heard other MC’s, and seen some balloons twisted in my lifetime of 1 year old parties, graduations, and the like so I should know a bit about quality and creativity.
I like that the crowd is always engaged and laughing and he has a good message to the children (and adults). Plus when he does his magic shows, he is very witty and works the crowd very well.
I would recommend this guy at your next gathering, give him a call!

I have seen performances by the BalloonMagicGuy from two of my friend’s baby’s first birthday. You will definitely have a fun filled experience. What I think is awesome is also the positive messages that are sent to the audience. Perfect for the upbringing of the new generations. He definitely knows how to work up a crowd and allow them to participate and engage in what is going on.
The name says it all… Balloon Twisters Hawaii. You will seriously see first hand the creative and artsy balloons that they make. Perfect for all occasions.

So I was reffered to Richard from a couple of friends. Let me tell you first impressions count!
I emailed him about a date waiting for him to reply back. A day. A week. And a month went by still no answer. I figured well, I still have a lot of time to plan. So then I decided to eventually call him 3 months prior to the party and. Well he is just unpleasant… No thank you for calling. No sorry I didnt reply back to you. Im assuming he didnt reply because he was booked. So I asked would you recommend anyone?. And you know what he said. E-​mail me and Ill let you know. Hmm I guess thats a Thanks but No Thanks!
Mind you I called Allan Arita and Bradley Choy. They had the courteousy to call back in a timely matter. Plus they were very pleasant and because they were booked was still able to give me some refferals over the phone
