Coral Creek Golf Course

Tried it again walked off after 9 holes. Course was DESTROYED, like a rave had gone down on each green. Divots everywhere, mud, trash a total waste of a day. 3 hour front 9 and I walked off. No refund no partial refund no ran check no pro shop credit. Do yourself and your group a favor and Avoid at all costs

Well, my buddies and i went for a twilight deal today. First of all, I got there about 40 minutes before our tee time, and I had to wait to check in when there were no Well one in line at proshop. The staff told me I need to w Well ait 10 to 15 minutes to check in. Well, that didn’t bother me much. But when we were about to started the round at 10^th hole, the Marshall told us that we need to wait for two groups who were at 8^th and 9^th hole, so we waited about 15 minutes. The groups that were at 8^th and 9^th hole didn’t pass through, so the Marshall told us we could start at 13^th, 14^th and go to 18^th hole and on… it was weird but whatever. we did what the Marshall said. We continue paying through the course till 12^th and headed to 15^th, since we skipped 15^th, 16^th, 17^th, and 18^th. At 15^th hole, the Marshall informed us that we were done. At that point, some words were exchanged. We returned the cart and went to proshop for an explanation. when we got to the proshop, the Marshall just accused us for playing more than 18 holes, so we explained that we just followed the instruction he gave us. The proshop guy was just listening and made comments like the sprinklers will come on soon anyway. What? We were stopped at 6:15pm and there were many groups still playing. Bottom line is that this place had the worst customer service I have encountered. No apologies, bad communication, and the proshop guy didn’t even ask us to go back out and finish the round. What a day…

First time I have played here since I got to the island, and this is the 17^th course I have played so I have had a wide range of course played on the island. This course is by far the slowest paced and poorly ran course on the island. For being a course that was rated one of the must play courses just a few years back, it sure has gone to crap. There are zero marshals on the course to ensure pace of play is being enforced. We had a tee time at 10:08 for a 3 some. Got to the tee at 10:05 and there was 2 sets of twosome waiting to tee off. Only God knows why they starter wouldn’t put these two groups together to get ahead and pick up pace of play, but they didnt. Here I sit on the 6^th hole after 1 hour and 47 minutes and I still haven’t teed off yet.
This will be the last time I play this course and I will be lucky if I play more than 12 holes at this rate.
It is a shame because the course looks in decent shape

Last few times I went the greens were terribly aerated, and the sand traps were pretty much clay. It always made me wonder how you can be so close to a beach and not have sand in your sand traps… I won’t be playing here again.
The restaurant and bar staff are very friendly and provide excellent service.

The course was in terrible condition the fairway was spongy the greens had quite a bit of disease. You can tell that people were not taking care of their divots. There was nobody in front of us for the previous 3 tee times and they would not let us start early with a 5 some. The staff was super rude when we first showed up they did not want anything to do with us. Even at the kama’aina rate I would not play here again there are a plethora of much better courses on the island.

I was gonna go to Hawaii country club but they didn’t answer the phone. my cousin and I ended up at coral creek and we couldn’t be happier. the fairs and greens are so much better than Hawaii country club. we stayed for a few beers after the round and the food is better too.

Ready for a 5.3 hour round behind two tourist 6-some’s? Then this is for you. Bad food service too.

The last time I played the course it was in horrible condition. The fairways were spongy in areas, soaked in others and barren the rest. Bunkers were atrocious. Greens were slow and inconsistent. I have vowed not to come back until I hear some glowing reports from others. This used to be one of my favorites on the island. Too bad it has fallen so far.

Worst customer service, no one greets you, no water u have to ask for a menu. Waitresses just gives u a blank stare. Food was under cooked and lacked flavor.

We held the first meeting of our new Ewa Beach VFW Post 12 138 here. After our meeting, we had a few drinks and some pupus, which were quite tasty. The bar staff was super friendly Look — all bartenders are supposed to be friendly, I know, but these were super friendly, cheerful, smiling, the whole nine yards. I know bar tenders are supposed to separate me from my money by selling me more beer, but they were not pushy at all and were super nice. We had a few platters of mixed pupus. Pot stickers, wings, some veggies, etc. It was all good. It’s not fine dining, but it was good bar food. We’re going to have our meetings here and we’ll be eating here before or after every meeting, so I look forward to sampling other menu items.

Had a bad experience with marshal.

Coral Creek Golf Course Green fees are $ 59 for club play (at least 12 golfers) or $ 64 kamaaina rates (11 golfers or less).

Synopses (DRIVING RANGE ONLY):
–Great lush driving range with clear yardage.
–Access to practice sand trap and chipping green.
–Not crowded like the munciple gourses.
Driving range closes at 3 PM ON MONDAY and 7:30 PM all other days. $ 5 for 40 balls or $ 8 for 100 balls.
I can only review the driving range as I have not had the opportunity to play on the course yet. The range is by far one of the nicest range I have been on. After work around 5 – 6 PM is very spacious and exclusive… The few times I visited after work, I was one of two golfers there… I prefers that as I am a pretty horrible golfer myself… Dont want to embarrass myself infront of too many people.

The golf course itself is a great place to play but the staff today was «under par «a term which is good in reference to golf but not a good thing for services rendered.
As I entered the parking area rocking to Draft Punk’s «Get Lucky «with high hopes for a good round of golf, I noticed that there was no one tending the bag drop off area so I proceeded to finding an open stall with my equipment still in the trunk of my Benz. Still no sign of anyone to greet or assist me with my golf bag which was loaded and weighs about 40lb. and felt even heavier under the scorching sun and the distance from where I had parked. And there it was, a disturbing sign on a huge tip box which read «GRATUITY APPRECIATED»… Wat Da He– For? Watching me sweat as I struggled with my bag as they comfortably sat in a nice cool shaded area and still no acknowledgement? So I placed my bag on the rack and went into the pro shop to check in and pay my greens fee. The Lady there was a bit friendlier and greeted me as I presented her with a coupon from the Local entertainment book which was worthless because it was intended for non-​residents only but she was not sure because she had just started her employment here. Why not have a coupon for your loyal local golfer’s too?
Maybe the best treatment here is reserved primarily for those high paying foreigners that frequent the links.
But ending on a good note … There were some great deals on Oakley and other golf attire at the pro shop… got some myself… And I had a very decent enjoyable round of golf with friends.#Weekendwarrior#Scrubsgolf

Course was a little less kept than on previous visits. We were told that hole 11 was closed on arrival and that we would need to play 17A. When we got to that point 17A was difficult to find and then we discovered that the staff didn’t bother putting a flag on 17A, so that was disappointing.
The course plays fairly easy and they do have a 9-​hole rate, so that is pretty good when short on time. The trellis with the bougainvillea on each hole is a nice touch.
Proshop was average, but the service was pleasant. Plenty of parking. The restaurant and service was terrific.

I only played the front nine. Had a softball game so couldn’t finish the round with everyone.
This course was in pretty good condition. Fairways was well taken care of and the green were green (A little slow).
I’d give the course an average rating on hardness. They have a plaque in the lobby of «Ranked in the top 25 of toughest courses on Oahu» IDK if there are even 25 courses on Oahu so I guess it can’t be to hard to get on this list.
Starting with a Par 5 is always interesting then going straight to a par 3 is not fun, for me a least.
You get a free bottle of water when you start but have to redeem the coupon at the restaurant or with the cart lady/​girl.
Their signature hole is #10 Par 3 which I only got a picture of since I was leaving.
Overall, this course is good. Good maintenance and decent difficulty. My friend should have actually brought his Hiking shoes since he was looking through the trees and bushes the whole round. Anyway, Good course, decent prices, kind of hard to find.

Great well rounded Golf Course.
I like the course itself and the par 3’s are fun esp the 10^th over the water and the short par 3 2^nd. The fairways are nice and the greens are fast and well maintained.
Has a good driving range with a cheap rate on balls (40 balls for $ 5, but 100 balls for $ 8). Also has pitching & putting greens. Whenever I play out Ewa, I almost always warm up at Coral Creek’s driving range.
The staff always greets me with a smile and conversation. Very friendly staff…
The restaurant – Pueo – also has a great staff that is friendly and catering. Green fees include a free bottle of water. The food here is good too. I recommend their philly cheesesteak sandwich.
Pueo also has the beer cart that will make 2 — 3 go-​arounds during your round so you can replenish on snacks & beverages.

Hit up Coral Creek for a early-​bird special round couple of days ago.
This place has changed since I came here over 10 years ago… Lots of mature trees where I remembered bare-​coral hillsides. Course looks nice.
Didn’t get to check out the clubhouse since my friend went to check us in and pay. Talked story with the cart attendant in the meantime. Typical local guy. Super cool and pleasant. Hopefully some tourists can find their way to Coral Creek (kinda tucked away) and experience this Aloha Spirit customer service. Not to common nowadays. At the end of the round, dude was just as pleasant… Only thing is I should’ve tipped him. I didn’t and I’m still kicking myself. Do me a favor and drop a couple of bucks for me – I pay you back if I run into you.
Anyways, I shot terribly, but I blame it on my new putter. Fairways are nicely maintained; greens pretty consistent. Not too fast, but not slow either. Fun layout… some unremarkable holes, but a lot of challenging tucked pins.
Great practice area too, which I wasn’t aware of. If I had the time and lived slightly closer, I’d definitely come here to practice.
Lastly, not sure what the regular rate is. Again, we used some deals so played it pretty cheap…
Ooh…just saw some reviews listing prices at 70 – 80 dollars!!! Not sure if a round would be worth it at THAT price, but if you could get a round in at 50 bucks or so, I’d say it is.

Fun place. Well maintained. I loved this course and played better here than the last three places I played this week. Either this is an easier course or I got better from playing so much lately. The course is beautiful and worth the drive here. You wouldn’t find this place driving around and only played here because my cousin lives in Hawaii but this is a hidden gem. Ko Olina vacationers, this is a good second course after you’ve played the Ko Olina course.

I didn’t golf here but I did eat at their restaurant. Who would have known that there is a restaurant here but then again… this is a golf course and I was surprised that they have a buffet.
My grandma who is 94 years old loves to celebrate her birthdays and this year, she chose Coral Creek Golf Course.
Let me share that I was floored by the beauty and landscape especially since that day was sunny with few clouds.
The food was pretty good too considering they had assorted salads, noodles, meats, and desserts.
The service was great and the refills kept coming (for sodas and coffees).
The dining area is spacious and there are tables set up outside as well.
You will never know how pretty it is if you are driving past it because it looks like a small building. But, don’t let it fool you because not only does the golf course look great but the food is great as well.
