My wife needed her Ekornes stressless chair repaired so I searched the web but couldn’t find anyone. So I called Homeworld where we got the chair, they referred me to their service center who told me to this guy Brian Reyes. She called him the day I told her about this guy who happened to be in our (Hawaii Kai) area and he took a look at it, said he’d come back with the parts the next day. He fixed it the next day (the slides on the armrest had to be replaced and the back portion of the seat was collapsed) and my wife was really happy. She thought it was kinda expensive ($ 120) but I told her I checked a custom furniture upholstery shop earlier and they ballparked $ 300+ so I think she got a good deal. I wasn’t around to see him do the actual repairs and relied on my wife to tell me everything. She said he was very polite and friendly and told her he’s been repairing these types of chairs for over 30 years.
