4 stars because I wanted to buy a pizza to take somewhere and I was able to place my order at 10:15am and pick up at 10:30am. I expected to have to wait around for them to open. That in itself was a huge and pleasant surprise!!!

Ordered pizza for my sons baseball team this past weekend and asked for a timed order. There game finished 10 mins earlier then the time I asked. I called to see if they could send the pizza and they told me no because it was a timed order. Okay fine it’s only 10’mins. Well I was wrong! 10 mins passes AFTER the timed order and kids are leaving. I call to see what’s going on and spoke to Yvonne she told me she called the store and the driver had left 5 mins ago. Which is a lie because we could see Pizza Hut from the field so they should have been here already! I ask her to have the manager call me! He calls and is so rude didn’t care that they were late and told me the driver DID NOT leave the store yet! And did I just want to cancel my order. Um. NO people are waiting but now I’m not paying! They pizza FINALLY comes 30 mins after my timed order I ask the driver for napkins and says oh we don’t carry any you have to ask when you order! You have got to be kidding me! So disappointing I should have just gone to little Caesars

Trying to order for pick up ud think email is all they need but they also asking for a del address also search say not found in Ewa did they close?

Good customer service especially when you call in your order. Food is normally ready at the projected timeframe. I like how they have a big monitor inside so they as well as the customers can see the status of the order. Haven’t had any problems with the food. Ingress and egress are separate so make sure to follow the arrows.

i would like to rate this Pizza Hut, but I can’t because of not receiving good value. Although the pizza tastes good, I have an issue when ordering the pepperoni/​black olives pizza. Each slice has about two slices of pepperoni. I called the main number and asked how many slices are supposed to be on the large and was told there should be fifty-​three slices of pepperoni. Now, eight slices of pizza times two is only sixteen. Seriously? They save thirty-​five slices of pepperoni! You can’t taste any pepperoni. Either the workers are too lazy to cover the pizza or the owner is really cutting corners to make a profit. Had this happened once I’d say someone was not paying attention, but I’ve been there four times and always had about two slices of pepperoni on each pizza slice. Too bad-​driving all the way to Target in Kapolei where I can taste the pepperoni.

Wait time on deliveries is generally 50 – 60 minutes, but my last experience they actually delivered 35 minutes after ordering on a Friday late afternoon. Delivery drivers are usually friendly enough. Our orders have always been accurate.
The pizzas (pan crust AFAIK) are usually a little underdone, but we recently discovered a «doneness» feature through the online ordering system allowing us to select well-​done, and our pizza actually came out how we wanted it. Taste is always the same as other Pizza Hut restaurants. We typically order bone-​out sweet chili wings which are usually cooked properly, and have a decent amount of sauce mixed in and poured over (it does not leave the chicken soggy).
I’ve ordered salads from this restaurant before and recommend not doing so if you plan on ordering from this location. Some of the lettuce was obviously old and there was a large amount of water at the bottom of the containers.
My latest experience was enough for me to get around to writing a review on this restaurant we eat at every month or so for the past few years (my family really likes pizza). The pizza as I wrote earlier came out great; we had a Supreme, pan crust, well-​done cut in 12 slices, everything spot on. We also ordered our usual bone-​out sweet chili wings, and the brownie pan. Though the pizza was good, the wings didn’t really have any sauce on them. Some were actually dry, see pictures. The brownie was under cooked, and while some people like their brownies that way, we do not.
Thankfully I was able to contact them and get a $ 15 credit on my next order (they do not do refunds), which was more than what we paid for our original order so I can’t complain about that. I do have a problem with them not being able to apply it in such a way that I can use it when ordering online. I was told that after placing my next order online I would have to call and have them apply it that way. Also, the person I spoke with had a very heavy accent and I really couldn’t understand what they were saying, so I might have misunderstood anything I’ve just written.

I live in Ewa, and it takes them over an hour to deliver pizza? It’s not like I asked them to pick the mushrooms from the freshest garden they can find, and plant tomatoes before making my order. I was trying not to give any Stars but Unilocal ain’t having that.

Worst ever. Took an hour and 45 minutes to get a delivery and I live 5 minutes away. Such a joke. So so so unsatisfied. Do not buy from here. I never will again.

So I just ordered carryout. And I ordered the pepperoni lovers. Maybe they should change the name to pepperoni likers, as I got as much pepperoni as would be on a regular pepperoni pizza!!! What a waste of money! The hand tossed crust was soggy on top of it! I ordered the brownies also, which was undercooked. But I like my brownies like that, so they get 1 extra star. Ugh! Back to Domino’s for me! And to think, this was my cheat meal! Oh, and I called Pizza Hut to complain and they said «yeah, well they count all the pepperoni’s that go on, so yeah». Didnt know everyone walks in integrity and actually counts all the pepperoni’s!!! What a fricken joke! Here’s a pic to prove their lack of pepperoni lovers!

The people are always friendly and my orders are always made correctly. Love this place!

Pizza Hut offers kids a free personal pan size pizza when they read so many books as an incentive. That is a great program. So my grand baby received one of these certificate in the end of October. When she handed it to me (all proud) I looked at the certificate and noted it said «final certificate expires May 1, 2015». So I put it away in my purse. As we were passing the Ewa Beach Pizza Hut today I thought maybe we should get her little pizza. So I take out her certificate when I noticed the date on the back was circled October 2014. So I unfolded the certificate and I noticed it said it was only good for 30 days. I called ewa beach Pizza Hut to explain what had happened and they said that they could not honor the certificate. So I said she is a five year old kid that worked really hard to get it but she said she still could not do anything. She then put her manager on who insist that if I wanted the child to have a personal pan pizza that I would have to come in and purchase it because they would not be honoring the certificate. They are perfectly within their rights however you’d think they would have a little more compassion when it comes to little kids.

The first thing you will notice is that there is no salad bar thing. Just tables and chairs. You can eat there, but there isn’t any refillable drink things that you’d see at the Kapolei location or elsewhere. For that, –1 star.
There is a training center there. Which now that I think about it, I wonder how many times the trainees have seen me look at my teeth in my reflection from outside? LOL oops!
The person that ran the counter was very friendly and he made sure our order was correct.
The food was delicious, I inhaled 10 chicken wings by myself and a slice of pizza lol.
The pricing is just like any other PH place: kinda pricey. We did get the specials for the day though so that saved us *some* money.
Now, the other –1 star is a personal issue. I will not list it here, but it is enough for me to minus a star.
If you are looking for a place to dine in and have some refillable drinks and whatnot, this is not the place I’d recommend going to. However, they do have good food there and if you’re willing to sit and buy a bottle of soda or are willing to wait to have it delivered, this is a good place to call :)

Wing Wednesdays are my favorite. 20 pieces for $ 13.99, you can’t complain.
I would not eat here only because they’re so different than from when i was a kid. I remember the place having plenty of tables and chairs with toy machines similar to what fun factory would have. It isn’t as clean as before.
So i do recommend that you all do take-​out.
Other than that, I am a fan & I do love my pizza from pizza hut.

The place not to bad no were to eat in side the staff were ok. But the place is in a very trashy area .u can get out of ur car with out a weapon of some kind .same trashy women in the area. Just a area that is really gross,

I have had, in my life, some truly great pizza. In general, great pizza is not to be found on Oahu. But this particular Pizza Hut serves some of the best pizza I’ve had on the island. I’ve been to Boston Pizza (local version is horrid), Dominos (very horrid — and I so used to like their pizza!), and to Brick Oven in Kapolei (a favorite, but very different experience).
Our favorite is the Veggie Lover’s Pizza, either hand tossed or thin-​and-​crispy or else Italian sausage with green peppers and onions. Both combinations are non-​greasy and very tasty. If you *really* like your thin and crispy to be extra crispy, ask for the pizza to be «well done»! The staff will put it back through the oven again. The salads (garden or Caesar) are large enough for two or three. The wings (a favorite, but infrequently ordered) are quite good, but a young person’s food (heartburn anyone?).
My wife and I have eaten in the restaurant, but in general, this is not recommended. It simply is not a nice place to eat. Clean, but not relaxing environment. We either take the pizza home or ask for delivery. Delivery works well, and the pizza is always delivered sooner than predicted by the telephone staff. When visiting the restaurant itself, I find the staff are always friendly and appear to be well trained, and more to the point, seem happy to be there — an indicator of a well-​managed restaurant?

I like this place because it’s close to where I live and they serve good pizza. I ordered carryout recently. When I arrived to pick up my food, they told me I had to wait because the food got burnt. Even though it would’ve been better if they hadn’t burned it in the first place, they were kind enough to let me know why there’s a delay and that they’re making a new pizza and cheese breadsticks for me. The place has adequate parking and the dining area looks clean/​well-​kept. The food turned out good. They gave me the slightly burned cheese breadsticks with the new batch for free, but I actually like the burnt one better hahaha!

Ordered a personal pan and when they show the pizza the to you they only showed the front half. Got home and back half was burnt. Called to complain and was told to bring it back for proof so I can get credit… kind of a waste of time.

Fast service all the time. Would of gave it 5stars if the dine in area was a little bigger, not really family friendly seating! But overall great customer service

This is really only for take out and delivery. There are two tables in there if you are really desperate to eat your pizza rich then and there, but the idea is that you go in, order your pizza for take out, and leave.
