Little Caesars

Why even call ahead of time? So u can have ur order ready right? Well 30 mins after I called my order in I’m here… still waiting another 15mins but I was comped wings so I gave 4 stars for customer care and service

I walked in 7−28−15 around 7:00 pm & placed a simple order for my children’s dinner:
1 Pepperoni
1 Supreme
Sam, the counter help guy, took my order & said it will take 10 minutes. I said ok, and waited patiently. After my order, there were 5 parties who ordered their pizzas & left. My 10 minutes were up and I still received no word about my order. At 15 minutes, I asked Sam if my order was ready — Sam looked confused & forgot what I’d ordered, even though he placed my receipt next to all the other receipts on the counter. I reminded him it was 1 Pepperoni & 1 Supreme.
He went in the back & I can hear them scrambling because I guess he forgot to put my order through. Now I’m becoming upset, and another 5 minutes has passed with no word about my order — when all of a sudden Sam brings out 1 Supreme (no Pepperoni) to me.
I looked at the pizza & noticed immediately that it was half cooked & the vegetables were still raw (onions, bell peppers not baked, mushrooms limp and uncooked). It looked as if they just dumped the vegetables in the middle of the barely cooked pizza & gave it to me expecting me to eat it since I already paid for it.
I couldn’t believe that Little Caesar hired these people:
(Sam, the counter help guy; Kelsie, manager & cook; there was another cook, I didn’t get her name) & their customer service was to serve UNCOOKED PIZZAS to their customers without any conscience or care to the public’s health.
I asked for the manager & Kelsie came out to speak to me (she was also the cook). I told her to look at their advertising picture & look at the UNCOOKED SUPREME pizza they wanted me to give to my children to eat for dinner. Quickly she apologized & said she can make me ANOTHER supreme pizza. By this time it’s almost 30 minutes — and I should have been home with dinner, however, I am dealing with Little Caesars inept, incompetent, uncaring, blank look attitude. I told her NO, I do NOT want to wait another 20 – 30 minutes for a simple order of 1 supreme & 1 pepperoni pizza. I said I wanted a refund.
Kelsie apologized again but it took another 5 minutes for her to figure out how to refund me on my credit card. Sam, the counter guy, still had that blank confused look on his face. His attitude was who cares? I CARE. Would you serve your family UNCOOKED PIZZAS ???
What is ironic, I read Little Caesars franchise Core Values, they definitely FAILED in:
Integrity/​Ethics, Value, Product Quality, Family, Customer Service…
I am a disappointed & dissatisfied customer of Little Caesars Ewa Beach location.
To the Little Caesar’s Franchise Owner:
Please have the Ewa Beach location employees (Kelsie, manager & Sam, counter guy, etc.) to undergo a complete retraining.
Those employees do NOT understand anything about Little Caesar’s business philosophy especially in regards to its Core Values.
Bottom line: No customers, No money. No business.

Been here a few times. First time came in W my hubby. The time we went, It wasn’t busy & so they had a hot n ready pizza already made. I went in tonight since hubby wanted to eat posts and suggested little caesar so I did a run. Came in around dinner time and it was pretty busy. Went in there was people who waited for their orders. I ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas, chicken wings and Italian cheese bread. They didn’t have any hot and ready pizzas and was told to wait for 8 minutes. There were at least ten orders they needed to wait all together when I was waiting. I was wondering why they didn’t have any hot and ready pizzas already ready nor any crazy bread or Italian breads. Usually other places already have their pizzas ready and their breads. I didn’t mind waiting for hot fresh pizzas so it’s okay. Don’t like any Ewa beach restaurants anyway because it seems like they always have so limited choices on their food menus. I really like little ceasars pizza in kmarts!

Oh man, they really need corporate to visit the store. I seen them turn away at least 4 paying customers after me because they could not make what they wanted to order. It was due to having something that was broken down and because 3 people called in sick? I didn’t give them the lowest star because I seen that the workers were working hard but it’s not their fault for what they had to go through. They just need a better back up system.

This place is pretty disgusting. Their are 2 girls with long hair dangling in their face, prepping pizza. None of them wearing hair nets. And the boy at the counter taking orders needs some communication skills.

I order two pizza and crazy bread which was given to me raw!!! Tried to call the store but it’s a fax#. And watch them they don’t wear gloves while food prepping! Just disgusting!!!

I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order. That’s wonderful!
I do not like their chicken wings. They must be made with midget chickens because them pieces are tiny as heck.
The parking lot needs to be redone. There’s a lot of parking available
I am definitely going to be coming here on some of my too-​lazy-​to-​cook days :)

This place is efficient and fast at getting your food ready, but they don’t know anything about customer service. She looked like she in a crappy mood, and talked to me like I was the problem. I didn’t appreciate the way they handled their customers, but I was glad I could get my food quick and leave!

Even more surprising than actually finding a Little Caesars anywhere is when you find one that’s still getting the job done. When faced with ordering familiar pizza there aren’t many decent options in this area, that is there aren’t many options that don’t come with an instant stomach ache or prolonged delivery times.
Little Caesars makes decent pizza quickly, and you cannot beat the price anywhere. This location has always provided us great values and smiles. It’s definitely A-​OK!

Pizza Pizza… Pizza Lovers! Cheap for an Little Caesar Meal that cannot beat. No worries the Pizza is Hot with Heat.

Yes, it’s Just A-​OK! I’ve been here a Couple of Times, and each time it’s the Same! Granted this Location isn’t all that Busy, but there was a Guy & a Girl working! The Guy took My Order right away, but the Girl didn’t look like she really wanted to be there! She was Humped over, the Counter & Looked Very Bored! The Guy was doing all the work it seemed, as I sat there waiting for My Order!
The Menu is the Same as all the other locations, and the Pizza is Hot, and they seemed to have the Orders out & Ready when the Customers came to Pick up their Pizza!
It wasn’t busy, and they do keep their workplace areas clean! I would suggest calling in your order if you don’t want to wait, if you have to wait, there is a Longs drugs Store a few doors down!
I’d go back… Since there were no lines, he Pizza is Hot, and the Quick Service!

First time here ordered the ultimate supreme, I think that’s what it was called. And an order of crazy bread w/​sauce. Girl who took my order could’ve been a little friendlier. Pizza was made to order, not a long wait at all. Only about ten minutes or so if that.
Pizza is alright, kinda reminds me of tombstone, the frozen one. Still would come back even if just for the crazy bread. No line and quick service.

Whenever I need a quick meal for dinner AND something super affordable, I make a pit stop to Little Caesars in Ewa. The place always has a pepperoni or cheese pizza ready to go – BONUS! No waiting… LOVE IT!
It’s also a great pupu item for the weekend when heading to chill with the ohana. The keiki enjoy it and it’s something different from the traditional noodles or lumpia or sushi that we usually bring.
