Sheldon saved the day! After trying O’reilys 3 times and another place, he took the time to match my fuel pump to one in the system for my 63 Nova. Figured out she has a Belaire 283(good to know) and he had the part 3 hours later! I did the swap and now she eats up the road again!!! Thank you guys soooo much!!!

Customer service is ok. Kind if slow and they like to talk to each other while helping a customer. It’s my pet peeve. Very limited hours. And on pricier side too

This place gets real busy with phone calls. Just stopped by for some washer fluid and only two customers ahead of me. But the phone kept ringing, I give those counter guys credit between answering calls and helping walk-​ins my wait was less than 10 minutes.

I’m not usually the fan of Auto Parts stores mainly cause girls are usually treated like dummies. But I grew some balls and made an extra stop before I took my mom home.
Tucked in the corner of a small strip mall behind McDonald’s there’s a great Auto Parts store. NAPA Auto Parts. I’m thinking one of Hawaii’s oldest Parts store? IDK, someone will surely correct me I suppose.
Walked in for a Tail light bulb and Fog light bulb. Brian was super cool and to my surprise he didn’t treat me like «UGH girls know nothing about cars». He even took the time to tell me how to install my tail light.
So if you’re in the Ewa area and needing some GOOD service oh and parts for your car, take a trip to NAPA and see Brian. He’ll surely bring a smile to your mug!
