My first time @ The Weave Shop I had a young lady name Erica. She was Great I had the Platinum package for 95.00. The receptionist/​manager I think was very nice as well. Had an appointment at 900 am out at 1100am hair looks great and I will return.

I’m all for supporting black businesses, however it can get a little unprofessional. A lot of the stylist seem to have attitudes. Not specifically with the client but, just in general. Most of the prices have changed and don’t correlate with the online prices or menu. I come here every now and again when I can’t get an appointment with my salon. One positive thing the weave last if you get the net. I would call and confirm your appointment the day of just to make sure your stylist is still available.

I have been going to the weave shop basically since it has opened. So I Know what the Customer service experience was like In the beginning of this new business. Which I Can say was quite pleasant And the girls never disappointed me When it Came to my hair in any style that I wanted. And the pricing was right. But sadly today this business and customer service has gone down the toilet. the young girls they have working there now are nasty, have bad attitudes, And clearly don’t Want to work. The last 3 times I tried to give them my business I was met with Unprofessional Remarks. I Rather go to a Competitor and support someone that loves what they do and you don’t feel like an inconvenience. Love supporting my people but won’t be doing that with this company again (period)

First time at the ewing location. The ladies are lovely, and do a good job in weave installments, however my stylists were alittle too social for me, talking on the phone, and mingling with other stylist which was unprofessional, a stylist shouldnt be on the phone unless its very important. Time was of the essence, and I needed to be in, and out in a reasonable time frame. It would of been 5 stars if they were more focused on getting the job done at hand.
