Keith’s Cuts

I got a good haircut, but I cannot in good faith give this place a good review after how I was treated today. The barber shop is supposed to close at 5:45, & I got there around 5:35. I had a very busy day and could not get there before then, and I know I shouldn’t have come so late, but I have a flight in the morning and needed a haircut.
From the moment I walked in, the owner gave me an attitude and said «You just walk into people’s businesses 5 minutes before they close?»
And, once I apologized for coming in so late, he began being incredibly passive aggressive, saying «You’re going on vacation. It’s not like I have more important things to do when I leave.» and (in a condescending tone) «I hope you’re not late for your flight,» very obviously implying that I must be always late to things.
Very unprofessional attitude. I’ve had an incredibly difficult summer and his attitude toward me just made it all the worse.

I have been going to Keith’s Cuts for years. Now my two boys Go there too. Great conversations with adults — and great with kids. And (by the way) — great cutting hair. 5 stars when they begin accepting credit cards.
