Philly Soft Pretzel Factory

This was my first experience with a Philly Soft Factory ever and the people here are so great. Everyone is always friendly and nice, I even rolled in 5 minutes before they closed once and there was no hesitation, really nice service and a delicious preztel waiting for my belly.
Marazzo’s supermarket in the same plaza also runs a lot of specials with them, so if you go in on the weekend, it’s almost garunteed that with your supermarket receipt you will be entiltled to a free preztel!
My hubby is from Philly and likes that there is a Rita’s in the same complex, since he has this obsession with water ice and a pretzel. I don’t know if this is a Philadelphia thing or he’s just a werido. lol Either ways, come grab a nice warm pretzel, pretzel dog or cinnamon preztel asap!

Pretzels are top notch. Rather than swimming in grease and salt, these are baked to perfection and need no extra embellishment to stand out. (But if you can’t help but dip, go for the cinnamon sugar dip – amazing.) Catering orders available for the big game or that office party you forgot about, specialty shape pretzels for all kinds of holidays, occasions, and sports. Custom names and letters available if you order ahead (usually one day is enough notice – hand-​twisting is done in the mornings, so the twisters need notice to «do their thang.») Oh, and the owners are great people. Yay Pretzel Factory of Ewing!

love this place… great pretzels but this establishment specifically stands out. they are very nice to my kids and even give them a tour each time to show them how they make the pretzels. when it is a daddy day with the kids… we typically swing by Philly Soft Pretzel in Ewing.

Love it here! Ladies and dudes behind the counter are always smiling and very friendly. Pretzels are always fresh with cheesesteak pretzels or hot dog pretzels made to order.
Try the special cinnamon sugar dipping sauce.
