This place is lovely. Great massage that relaxes me very nicely. She hit tons of pressure points, even used hot stones & face mask. However just a few things I wasn’t crazy about…
They were speaking in Chinese during my massage several times. The rooms are not sound proof because the wall does not go all the way to the ceiling so it’s just one large room basically. So she was speaking to another woman outside of the room. Another thing was I reserved a couples massage and the woman told me they offered that for $ 50/​hour. When we got there, they did NOT have a couples room, so we had to go in separate rooms. A bit of a disappointment considering It was for Valentine’s Day. Another thing, I was charged $ 60/​hour per person. On their website they even have a coupon for $ 5 off any one hour massage which states it’s $ 50 (false advertising). I was a little upset about this considering I paid another ten bucks per person.
Overall, I would go back but I wish it was a little more professional. They were very nice to the customers and my masseuse cared about how she was doing. She always asked if the pressure was ok or too hard. I recommend this place if you aren’t looking to spend too much money and want a nice relaxation period.

Hua Kang Health Center is a first rate Chinese style massage spa sitting unexpectedly in the Marrazzo Shopping Center on Parkway Avenue in Ewing, NJ. It is bigger than most I have visited, with ten private rooms, each well appointed and very clean.
Their staff is well trained in traditional Chinese technique, plus Swedish and a little Shiatsu. Lily, my masseuse, asked if I would like her to work deep tissue and walk on my back. No problem. She went from my shoulders to the soles of my feet like a dancer. Very effective. With practically every step I felt/​heard a snap, crackle and pop as she stretched me out.
Hot stones and steam towels alternated where I had the most discomfort, followed by her forearm and elbows probing the facets and pushing apart the disks in my spinal column.
It was an excellent, relaxing and therapeutic massage. I think I even fell asleep. At a buck a minute, it was a fair price. After shoveling snow and feeling the sciatic stress, it was great to feel such prompt relief.
If they had a sauna or two, served fruit and hot tea, it would be just about perfect.

I really liked the deep tissue massage. They also use the hot stones on all your problem areas. I feel much better and will be going back soon!

I got a great massage at Hua Kang.
When I lived in NYC, I became a loyal fan of a Chinese accupressure massage business because I found those massages more effective than any other massage style I have tried in terms of relieving pain and tightness all over the body.
I was hoping to find something similar in this area of NJ, which is where I live now.
After my massage, the aches and strains I’d felt in my back and shoulders were gone.
Hua Kang met my expectations and I will definitely be back for more.

I have been suffering back pain for a long time because of my job. When I went to visit my friend at NJ, she suggested me to try out the massage at this place. After about an hour of whole body massage, I am relieved from the pain. The masseuse are very professional and was able to pin point my problem area. It was also very clean that I can completely relax. I would definitely recommend this place.
