I have been going to Sanctuary Salonspa for a few years and I love it. I always feel pampered by everyone there. My gal Eva is the best! We have so much fun, we laugh the whole time. I love my hair every time. I also love the manager, Ramona, so sweet. Stephanie needed to do my hair the other day since Eva is out and oh we had a blast! So now I love Stephanie too!

I’ve gotten my hair cut here probably 5 – 6 times now, each time with Kesenja. I have curly hair, so it’s nice to have someone who knows how to handle it! She’s an absolute sweetheart, and such a pleasure every time I go in. (I’ve never worked with anyone else there, but everyone there has always been SO polite at the counter, etc.) Wonderful experience every time; would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is a beautiful salon, and the people who work there are super-​nice. This is a comment on Sanctuary’s overall advertising and pricing strategy. I had a salt and glow treatment there today and, while it was nice, I was disappointed that it was only a half-​hour. I thought it was going to be an hour-​long treatment, or I wouldn’t have paid $ 75 for it. This should be clear on the Web site. It just wasn’t the long, relaxing experience I thought I was paying for, and that is why I was disappointed. I guess it’s all about setting the right expectations.

I love Aveda and found a Groupon for Sanctuary Salonspa, so I decided to check it out. My first trip was great. I went to the Excelsior location, and Lori did a great job with my haircut. She made sure to iron out the details of how I wanted my hair cut before starting so there would be no surprises midway through, which was especially appreciated since I was trying a much shorter cut than I was used to. She was also happy to make adjustments as we went. Lori was very friendly, and I had a great time chatting with her as well. The rest of the staff was equally pleasant. All in all I am very happy with my new hairstyle, and I had an excellent experience at Sanctuary Salsonspa.

Hands down best salon Ive ever been too! Angie Hashemi-​Rad is a perfectionist and cares about my hair more than I do :) My hair has never been so HEALTHY while also looking the best it ever has! HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a change and for someone who will take care of you!!!
