I don’t even like giving these people one star. The customer service was very rude & poor. There were not enough outdoor chairs to accommodate the people on board. When I brought this to the attention of the lady running the cruise I was abruptly told, «it’s first come, first serve» and dismissed. The company doesn’t seem to get that I paid the same fare price as everyone else & I deserved to have a chair like everyone else. They were oversold & that’s not my fault if they are that greedy. I’m a forty– seven year old lady and I shouldn’t have to sit on the floor. I should also be able to sit with the people I came with & not separate from my daughter who I paid to enjoy the evening with. I was met with rudeness on the part of the blonde haired woman running the charter. Pathetic! I won’t be doing further business with a company like this that offers such crappy service & I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Nonetheless, I enjoyed being with my daughter & the beautiful Sunset. None of which these people & their dingy get any credit for!!! There was trash all over the boat & dead gnat bodies everywhere! Not very romantic!
