Exeter Rent-All

I have tried to obtain a quote from this company for 2 weeks now. First an email to inquire than at least 3 phone calls on my behalf trying to get somebody/​anybody on the phone. And after multiple machine messeges left never a call back. Not looking great for them… Ill be happy to take my business elsewhere.

So, it appears this business has two separate Unilocal listings, so I’m just reprinting my review from the other one:
Can’t speak for these other reviews, but if you can manage it (because some venues contract with Exeter for weddings in the Seacoast area), avoid doing business with this company at all costs. My wife and I were married last year in Rye, and Exeter was well over three hours late delivering our tables and chairs after repeated calls WE had to make to them, and panic on our end that we wouldn’t have everything set up on time. It made us scramble at the last minute to get everything done, which it was thanks to our amazing family and friends and no thanks to Exeter, who ended up getting our (twice confirmed) order wrong when they finally showed up. I work in customer service, and Exeter is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else. Please.

I have to agree with Nell M. They are Amazing. I rent everything here and know them all well. Equipment, tents, party supplies even bought my stihl saw from them.

One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve EVER had as a customer was dealing with these people at Exeter Rent-​All. First of all, they act as if they are doing you a favor for allowing you to do business with them. Bob, who I believe is the owner, should not be allowed to deal with the public. He is not very friendly and worst than that; not trustworthy. Because I’m currently dealing with a manufacturer that this store represents on a complaint concerning a purchase I made here, I won’t get into specifics or details but this is a shop you want to avoid at all costs. Trust me. I’m not lying. I’ve been told by a few of the local contractors who are doing some work for me that these guys have a bad reputation with the local builders but I learned that too late. Don’t make the mistake I made. Go elsewhere!

Really poor customer service. Ashley, who works in the party rental department, twice did not e-​mail a requested quote to me so I had to call back and request it again. One of her colleagues ended up sending me the quote since she didn’t. The second time, after leaving a message asking her to call me and please e-​mail me the quote I requested (a week after I requested it), she never sent the estimate and never called me back. They have great stuff to rent but how can I rent it if you don’t get back to me?
