I used this body shop when they were over in West Chester. A small Bobcat punctured a hole in the rear clip on my Benz while plowing the parking lot where I work. Took my vehicle there and they told me they replaced the rear clip and painted it. The match looked pretty good. However, when I approached the car to look at the work, my eyes naturally went straight to where the puncture would have been. They did not replace the clip they simply tried to fill the hole and did a poor job at that. I immediately saw a run in the paint right where the hole was. They had told me they replaced the clip and they billed me for it. Theyy lied, not much else to say. Obviously, I left the car there and insisted they replace and paint the clip as they said they would and already billed me for.

I found this company to be unfriendly, unprofessional, and ungrateful for the business that I bought to them. I’ve done business with Brandywine Coachworks before however this was my first time at the Exton location. I recommend going else where, I mean when the staff has such a poor attitude why bother?

I’ve used this facility 2 times. One was setup through my insurance company. I then requested them a second time on a different car repair. The work was done on time, they even called ME with updates of status!). They are a clean shop, and I noticed they just moved a few hundred yards up the street to a brand new building. I wish them the best.
