I love Gap it’s one of the first stores I hit as soon as I go into a mall. Because I have a young son I normally go to the store because I like to look at the size and not buy online.
Again, I’m a true Gap shopper but I will never go to this Gap again.
Maybe because I am an African American woman and they don’t have many of me around West Chester, but they never speak when I come to this Gap. All it take is a simple «hello» you make someone feel like you want their business. I haven’t just been through this once but about three times before I said I’m done! I went back last night to have a shopping night with my son and online they have the cutest shirts for the new season I wanted to see in person. I will shop online or drive to KOP.
Just makes me so upset because I have worked retail and you never judge a book by it’s cover.
I’m only give two stars because I love Gap regardless
